Installed an alternator in June 2022 and it has gone bad by Oct 2024. States they only have a 1 year warranty on parts, unable to help me. Took them almost 2 weeks to replace in June 2022. I do not trust this location for service.

Had brakes replaced front and back and had to go back cause they were locking up and squeaking. Still squeaking to this day and my right rim got so overheated it's blistered.

I had an issue with one of my mower tires. I took it in to see did they could reseat it for me and I was in and out in 5 minutes in an extremely reasonable cost. Highly recommend these guys and gals

Very impressed with Bobby (Manager), Mario (Asst Mgr), Rob (state inspector) and Evan (technician), they were very helpful. They showed me the issues that needed to be taken care of and worked with me. They were patient and humble. I will recommend this shop location to anyone who wants great service and customer service! So an employee backed another customers car in to our parked truck. After weeks of trying to get them to fix and our truck sitting in the parking lot (mind you, I work near by) we finally contacted our insurance. Now we wait for our deductible to be issued. This happened June 18th/19th. It's now August 29th. Unacceptable.

Tire pressure was low on rear tire. Stopped by NTB and Bobby the GM immediately identified the issue as a bad valve stem. In and out in 10 minutes. Great customer service, quick trouble-shooting and service. Thanks Bobby!
