Just left the store not too long ago. I asked for their return policy and the store owner told me they don’t do returns only exchanges so I told him I would come back later to get the hair. Then he muttered under his breath in Korean, “all these crazy people…” 도라이들이. ? what great customer service over nothing.

Easily accessible. Owners & employess are always helpful to me when I come in & they have a great variety of products many other hair stores lack. I ended up at this store because I'd make the drive from Suffolk to VB on Holland Rd. to my fave hair store bcz I KNEW they had what I'm usually looking for. One day they didn't though & I was so sad. The owner inquired & after I told him why I was upset & how I couldn't find the product at MANY of the other stores, he asked where I moved to & low & behold he tells me about one of their other locations that turns out to be not even 10 min. From where I lived!!!??? I could've cried, I was so excited & relieved!!! Doesn't matter where I'm at, I ONLY go to these 2 stores. Idc, idc, idc. Good Customer service is everything to me!
