Quinton is an asset to the Navy Federal family. When given a problem, he is relentless in solving it. I left there with my problem solved. Later on, he even did a follow-up call with an update for me. Quinton is downright amazing all around!! BRAVO ? ? ? ? ?

Always friendly & helpful. It would be nice if they opened earlier in the morning for the drive-through and stayed open the little light at the drive-through on Friday evenings.Many of us with small businesses can't always get there during business hours to make deposits of multiple checks

I have been with Navy Federal for 20 years; since I joined. I called them up for a loan and received one percentage for the loan. Then the next day go to sign the promissory note and got another percentage. Then they state that is the lowest percentage they give nowadays. For having an 800 credit, the minimum loan percentage is 15%. You can get better rates and percentages through other companies. Still giving them three stars because of longevity of being with them but now looking at other financial institutions.

No monthly fees to keep a checking or saving account open as long as you keep the minimum $5 in savings. Processes deposits from direct deposit checks then night they're received. Releases the first $250 of any deposit immediately and usually clears the rest that day or by three days for very large deposits (YMMV). Mobile app is easy to use and supports biometrics. Mobile deposits from the app are so convenient, just have to endorse them a specific way and keep the check until you're notified it has cleared/processed. Finally all their customer service representatives are the kindest and caring professionals you will meet. I suspect it's because they treat their employees with dignity and respect. I've been a customer for over 30 years. Never going back to a commercial bank if I can help it.

My cloth mask that's approved for hospitals and every other bank and NF that I go to multiple times during the day apparently isn't good enough here and I need to be forced to wear a paper mask.

Excellent branch with friendly employees. They are always willing to assist in any way. I love Navy Federal and especially my branch. Megan is one of many employees that is always very friendly while respecting my time constraints.

This is an excellent Navy Federal location! I stopped in to simply make a deposit. While helping me with this, Angel began to inform me about some other savings account options I had. She quickly educated me on the benefits then set me up with someone to answer further questions and make the transfers if I desired. I forgot the name of the woman who helped me there, but she was equally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole thing was surprisingly quick and I'm happy to now feel confident in the setup of my accounts!

So after work i put money in the atm it takes the money continues the transaction then shuts down. Took me 30 mins just to get my card out of the atm when it cut back on so i checked my account the money i deposited isn’t in my account. It’s also 4 am so i call navy fed get one story about at ten am tomorrow when the atm will be serviced and I’ll get the credit to my account to then be transferred over to a claims unit for them to tell me it will be Tuesday ( it’s currently F
