I've never had a bad experience at this NFCU. They are usually fast and courteous. This location is very close to me and close to other shops I frequent. The parking lot is large and the drive through usually gets you in fast. Nothing bad to say at all.

This location is under renovations until September 2021. If you need to conduct any business Indoors they have to walk out to your car and then they call you from the building to help you through what you need.

I have used this branch for over a year now for mortgages, opening/closing accounts, obtaining loans, and basic banking transactions. They have always been quick, courteous, and highly professional.

This used to be a good bank but now not so much. They are gearing everything towards a "digital" presence. Used to be if you went into the bank and cashed a check you got your money then. Now even if you go inside you have to wait two days like a mobile deposit. That's ridiculous, if I come to the bank to cash a check, I want my money now. I've been cashing my check the same way for years, I get paid every Friday and I have bills automatically deducted from my account, sometimes I need my check to cover the bills now I have to wait two extra days??? I don't have to wait, what I do have to do is find another bank. If you were looking for somewhere to bank, keep looking.

I NEVER write negative reviews, but I am so disappointed. Not about this branch, but Navy Federal’s mortgage department. Started the refi process 8 weeks ago. Filled out the application online and uploaded required documents the same day. Weeks went by and we were contacted by email from a loan processor. We responded that we would like to discuss 15 year and 30 year options. No response. Got another email asking if we were ready to pay for the appraisal and responded that we still had questions and would like to be contacted. No response. Later we received a phone call from a manager who wanted to know if we were still interested in refinancing. We told her that we were and that our loan officer would not respond by email or phone call. She apologized and said she would have her call. Nothing. After 8 weeks and never talking to anyone, I called a different lender and in 15 minutes had all of my questions answered and our rate locked. Do yourself a favor and look for mortgages elsewhere.

I am NFCU customer and former military vet. This level of customer service at this branch is outstanding. Whether you have a question or need to make a deposit. This type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore. I recently had a question which Ms. Sarah Benson took time to answer. She not only answered my question but she made me feel like she really cared.

This branch will not disappoint you, almost no waiting time, no hassle. Friendly staff always eager to help, I like all navy federal branches but I will go out of my way to come to this one, to all staff and manager thank you.

Every time I go into this branch all of the Employees are fantastic. They will all go out of their way to help with any issues.
