One-star rating for poor customer service. I couldn't even get an appointment. I was referred to MyEyeDoctor Greenbrier by VA Community Care, received the referral confirmation, and attempted to make my appointment. The person said the VA had to call on my behalf since they don't make appointments directly with the veteran. That seems like a very drawn out process for an appointment, but OK. So, I asked VA Community Care to call for me, which they did and were told they needed to re-fax the referral and call back in a couple days. The VA sent the referral and I asked VA Community Care to call again on my behalf a couple days later. The person who picked up and talked with the VA Community Care person was rude and hung up on him. I never got the appointment, and now I am going somewhere else because I don't have time for this. All other MyEye Doctor locations let the veteran make the appointment themselves with an approved referral. This was the most ridiculous policy/process, and the person answering the phone was quick to shut anyone down who just wanted to discuss the situation.

On the phone and in person, all staff encountered are professional and kind. Especially direct in-person interactions with Jordan and Dr. Cooley was very pleasant and informative. I look forward to future eye care appointments with MyEyeDr. Thank you!

I was misled by staff. They did not make me aware of their lateness policy when i spoke with them on the phone and stated I would be 15-20 minutes late and they said it was fine. This is critical information and it needs to be an exclaimer somewhere on the appointment confirmation email or pre-appointment making process.

I absolutely look forward to coming to the office to see Jordan. Her bubbly personality always brings a smile on my face. The last time I was in, she gave me a dry eye test (she was so nervous, lol) and today she assisted in ordering contacts. She’s such a sweetheart, thx myeyedr I’ll be back!

I had Jordan, she is very nice and was very good with helping & assisting me. She’s very verbal & helps with understand what is going on step by step ! I love to continue seeing her when I come in for my appointments.

Giving this place a zero. The black girl with the Bad Built Butch Body, bad weave and glasses tried to be loud and embarrass me in the store. Very unprofessional and ghetto. She needs New glasses to know she was playing with the wrong one

I would love to share my experience !!! My daughter optometrist is amazing he was very passionate in actually helping us understand a lot of things about the eye . He was very kind, helpful and full of knowledge. We came in to get an eye exam but we left with more Knowledge. Which is a plus for us . Thank you.

I highly highly reccommend Dr. Campbell! She was excellent during my entire visit. It was a miscommunication with my appointment and Dr. Campbell and the district manager Shawn helped me out a lot and didn’t have a problem doing it. I appreciate the extra mile they took for me!
