I am very grateful to Mr. Fix on Portsmouth Blvd for the repair and upgrade of my iMac desktop. The first repair shop that I went to quoted three weeks just to look at it and to provide an estimate. Based upon his five-star rating, I drove straight toMr. Fix and got an estimate and initial repair plan IMMEDIATELY. Total time for the completed repair was only three business days! Cost estimate was very reasonable and to the penny upon completion. Super, Super satisfied with Mr. Fix and I have already recommended him to family and friends.You simply can't go wrong by visiting Mr. Fix !!!

Don't throw your Electonic without showing to Mr. Fix. Mr. Fix has more possibilities. Technician has more knowledge than I expected and very much skillful. Great place to repair your phone, computer & electronics. Prices are very reasonable and fair. Very much reliable. Highly recommended!!

The owner was very friendly & told me the cost up front so there were no hidden fees. The glass on my phone had many cracks on it & I didn't want to have to buy a new phone. I found this place on Google & I called first & he went over the information with mei.e. cost, how long it would take etc... He told me when it would be ready and when I got there, it was all set. Looks like I bought a new phone. I couldn't be happier with the service I received & the professionalism of the owner. I highly recommend this place!

The owner saved my whole vacation when my phone took a swim and wouldn't turn back on! As the family historian i was devasted but the technician, Rez not only save the pictures that were not yet backed up but also got my phone back up and running!!! Reasonably priced, great customer service, and knows what he is doing!

Great job fixing my computer screen! I did not think it could be repaired but he fixed it! Took less than a week to complete and very reasonably priced. My laptop screen was broke at the hinges.

My phone was fixed and less than 1 hour! He had the parts that I needed to fix my screen and he fixed it right then in there. I must have called at least four or five other locations and everyone told me 3 to 5 days in between ordering parts fixing it and then me picking it up the day after. I have a few other things that I want to take up there now like my daughter iPad that I have that I need to get fixed. I highly recommend this place he was very professional and right on time he understood exactly what was wrong with my phone.My time alone was worth every dollar which was better than other places!

My laptop stopped booting this morning, Mr. Fix repaired it in 10 minutes! I went to Geek Squad first because I bought it at Best Buy- but I didn't have any confidence based on terrible customer experience and their only solution to "send it off" for unknown time estimated in weeks. Mr. Fix had immediate solution on the spot, and advice for laptop care going forward. I'm super happy to find this gem!
