Best repair company for phones, tablets, etc. Dropped my daughter ipad off on Wednesday to repair damaged screen and received the device back the very next day. Their repair prices are reasonable. Great Job guys. Thank you.

I went in for a repair in December of last year and was given two options to replace my screen. I was told I could get an "off-brand screen" or an "original screen" and that was all. The "off-brand screen" was almost half the price of the other screen. After a while, my screen started to glitch and freeze, and I didn't have the income to get it fixed, so I left it. Once I had the funds to get it fixed, I took it to a different shop and that shop told me that the supposed "off-brand screen" was at BEST could be used for data recovery and that it should have never been an option. I should have been told that the screen that I got was not recommended. I contacted the shop, and they said that there was nothing that they would do because it was out of the warranty, and I really should have brought it in within 48 hours if there were screen issues the issues didn't start until 3 months after which was already out of the warranty.

The BEST customer service! We walked in, and they were busy. Julian was so polite to greet us and told us he’s be right with us.They ordered the part and it was in the next day.Mohamed was so kind and willing to stay past closing to finish my phone.Hoping we don’t have any more issues with devices, but if we do we will be back.They are conveniently located off 64.Highly recommend!!!!!!

Horrible service. 1) they didn’t call me to let me know my phone was ready so I had to wait the next day to come pick it up but the owner arrived over an hour after they opened.. super unprofessional. 2) I have the deep purple back glass and they assured me they had it in stock but when I got back home, I noticed the new back glass is actually BLUE, not even close to purple. I’ve tried contacting them so I can have it redone or refunded but haven’t heard back.

This place is amazing. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Ryan transferred my contacts, and pictures from my android phone to my New Apple IPhone and showed me how to reset up everything after the transfer. I had no idea how to do it. And he didn’t charge me a dime. They have a customer for life now and I have other things I need to have done with my old IPad that he quoted prices for, very reasonable. I love this place!!!!!!!

WORST PLACE TO GET UR PHONE FIXED DONT EVER GO ! ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ! NY PHONE IS WORSE NOW AND IT GLITCHES THEN MY CAMERA WAS STILL FUCCED UP WEN I GOT MY PHONE BACK SO NOW THEY’RE TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY $75 FOR A WHOLE NEW CAMERA AFTER I JUST PAID $90 ! NEVVVVERRRRRR GO THERE

iPhone XS front screen replacement. Great price. Dropped phone off, grabbed lunch around the corner, came back 20 minutes later and it was done. As far as results, cannot complain. Looks perfect to me! Thanks!
