Last summer i made an appointment with Mike. He did not show up nor call. We had to call him again. He gave us another date and again did not show up. We called him AGAIN only because we could not find another mower repair that picks up your mower and we have no way to get it to a place to fix it. He gave us THE THIRD date. Did not show up at the time he gave us and when he did he had his daughter with him and was very, very rushed. He was here maybe 15 minutes. It was insulting. I needed my rider desperately because i have a bad knee. This was really unprofessional. Called him again 2 weeks ago because my rider has just quit. No return call. No matter how busy you are, this is not acceptable.

First time using his service. So far the price is right, took my Item to him. And he said I should have my item back later today. why go anyplace other Place and have to wait weeks to get your items back and maybe have to pay more because of the overhead bussiness cost. Make the mower Doctor your first choice.
