We saved a ton of money when we switched our insurance from usaa to Mike's office. He was very knowledgeable and guided us to get the right insurance for our needs. Can't say enough good things about the ladies who work there, especially their office manager Stephanie, who's always very pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this office!

When I first switched to Mike he was great had no problems what so ever. He got three cars from me and a house at the time. He also got a life insurance policy out of me. I also got him more business as my parents switched their three cars an house to him as well. Well, within the last month he has shown me what kind of agent he really is. He obviously doesn't care about his people anymore or try to keep them. His people in the office screwed up an took the wrong car off our policy and that was a whole issue trying to get it back on. My parents finally got tired of the run around they were getting from him an switched agents. However, when I signed on to pay my insurance I see that my policy was switched as well. Not once did I give Mike Lindsey authorization to release my policy to the new agent my parents went too. His unprofessional attitude and what he did left me no choice but to file a complaint with State Farm. Beware of this agent if you want them screw your policy up an try an put the blame back on you or the corporate office.
