I don't ever write reviews, but this must be done. I was very pleased when I spoke with Mike & Stacy about renting chasis. I was trying to establish a business relationship. Stacy was out of the office, so another young lady helped me. The paperwork I signed didn't state I would be charged $250 for six days. I wasn't even asked for my insurance. My driver was given the wrong chasis that we had to exchange. Every since then, attitude and didn't allow us to rent anymore. Sorry for your loss. All I wanted was business. Poor service.

Horrendous customer service. Save yourself the hassle, do business elsewhere. I arrived at 11:45 am. The associate finally greeted me at 11:58 am to inform me to come back at 1pm because they were about to take a lunch.
