I had the worse experience at the western branch store, I called and the man was so rude so I hung up on him. I have been with Metro for 5years and if this is the way loyal customers are treated, I need to find someone else. And that's something I do not want to do. I Love Metro but will not be treated this way.

Lousy...didn't have any iPhones when I walked in to the store. Tried getting in touch with the store to avoid wasting my valuable time coming out when they still may not be in stock but no one would not answer the phone! This was way before it closes at 8 PM. I'll take my money somewhere else even if this is the closer location.

The worst possible person working for the worst possible phone service.. I bought a new phone and just so happen to look at my metro and see my bill went up by $20 and he knows nothing about phones

Only go to this store if you want to be ripped off. I actually travel to another city to avoid going to this store. They will up charge you.

I walk into the store. I asked the guy I’m switching from boost what is the offers for iPhone 11 he said $49 and latter finally he said $450 how would jump two $49-$450 he’s up selling crazy overcharging don’t recommend to the store.???
