Lousy...didn't have any iPhones when I walked in to the store. Tried getting in touch with the store to avoid wasting my valuable time coming out when they still may not be in stock but no one would not answer the phone! This was way before it closes at 8 PM. I'll take my money somewhere else even if this is the closer location.

The worst possible person working for the worst possible phone service.. I bought a new phone and just so happen to look at my metro and see my bill went up by $20 and he knows nothing about phones

Only go to this store if you want to be ripped off. I actually travel to another city to avoid going to this store. They will up charge you.

I walk into the store. I asked the guy I’m switching from boost what is the offers for iPhone 11 he said $49 and latter finally he said $450 how would jump two $49-$450 he’s up selling crazy overcharging don’t recommend to the store.???

Every time That I call I am told to call back because they have customers in the store. They can not seem to answer my questions. I am repeatedly told that I will have to come in to the store or call back later. I am trying to find out which phones that they physically have available for purchase in that store….information that I can not find out online. Hire more people because you are losing business.

Worst service I have ever had, I walked out. Went to a different Metro and they didn’t have the phone I want, I came to this location trying to get the device and they were trying to over charge me and force me to buy things I didn’t need nor want. Will never go back to this location.

The worst phone company so far!!!...the one on western branch anyways! i was offered a deal...the phone glitches...they sent off for another phone and its doing the same thing and the staff has the nerve to act like they have an attitude when im the one with the issue!!

I had such a awesome experience with this location yesterday! I didn’t remember my password but they had so much patience with me and persistence calling to assist me to get my information updated! I will continue to be a Metro by T-Mobile customer and let others know how they are very much customer friendly!

Would not let me set my own pin but forced a pin on me that I'm bound to forget then told me to call customer service to change it. With an attitude.
