Went there looking for a couple bolts and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and very kind this was the best experience I’ve had in a hardware store and would like to congratulate all of the workers on such amazing customer service.

Went to buy thermometer, priced at 6.99 on shelf but was told it was 14 bucks at register. when I said I almost always had an issue there she asked why I came in there then at all . Told her she was right and also told her the neighborhoods nickname for their poor service.
