“I recently ordered a couch online from Wayne's Furniture. They were prompt to reach out to me and confirm all the details. The couch was supposed to take 3 weeks to get to the warehouse and was actually delivered in a week, with delivery to my home set up the following week. The delivery men, Willard, and his co-worker were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the wrong colored couch was ordered. Willard quickly rectified the mistake, and Kris (spelling) reached out to me within minutes to offer either a discount or to order the correct product. I did select to have the correct color ordered.
Even with this mistake, the amount of professionalism expressed by all employees has made me confident that not only will I receive the correct product, but this is a business that truly cares about its customers. They have made me a new customer for life :)”

“We were so very grateful for the competent service we received from Doug of Sleep Align. He was courteous, respectful and completely knowledgeable about the sleep number bed that my mother needs in order to sleep. He had to undo all the incorrect work that had been done and paid for only two months ago, by another representative of Leggett and Platt in order to get the bed to work properly. Then he called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. You don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you so much.”
“Second adjustable bed bought from OMF. Purchased a new Serenity adjustable base and latex mattress. Super comfy!! My previous adjustable base had been purchased from OMF in 1999. It still worked fine but was getting a tad creaky when adjusting. This new base is super quiet. I love it!!! My salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and the more important point is he wasn't pushy at all. The 2 delivery gentleman were great as well. They set everything up, and hauled my old base and mattress out. When I asked how they disposed of them, the company donates these items to Habitat for Humanity!! Quality products at a reasonable price and helpful personnel. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Purchased a maxtrix bunk bed and mattresses from them , dealt with the owner . Extremely nice and knowledgable guy , made sure we got the correct bunk bed as there was many options . Have not received products yet , but anticipate it going great . Will update once we receive . Highly recommend this company , saved us about 1000$ , give or take a few bucks . Place looks much smaller when you pull up , but its actually a large store . If they dont have what your looking for in store , they will get it for you , and more than likely at a better price than anyone else can offer .”
