We went to the Mattress Firm at Greenbrier to upgrade from our old coil queen mattress to a memory foam king. When we first arrived, Queen made us feel welcome when she greeted us with a huge smile. She took care to listen to all of our thoughts on what we needed in a new mattress and asked helpful follow up questions. She suggested different mattresses to help us find the exact one that would fit both our needs and our budget. She never made us feel rushed nor did she try to influence our decision for a more expensive option. I do not think we would have found the perfect mattress for us had it not been for her guidance and attention to detail. Queen is an excellent sales associate and we are very happy with the mattress that we chose.
