I am a big on fan of your products and a bigger fan on customer service. I have been trying for days just to ask a representative at the Chesapeake/Norfolk locations a question with no success. Please improve this portion because a customer’s time is valuable. Please do better!

I usually shop online for MAC stuff (so that I can get my points lol) but I needed to actually have some colors matched today and needed an associate- so I went into the Greenbriar location and Niya was so helpful. Anytime I need to go into the actual store from now on, I will definitely go to this location. She was great.

Came in to get color matched and recommended for products since I haven’t done makeup in over a year. Was honestly very nervous about having someone who isn’t of color helping me with color matching since I’m a black woman but Victoria got me right! All the colors and products she recommended were great and my first beat in a year came out perfect. Definitely plan to come back and see her!

they are extremely rude and not flexible with customers. i have come to get my eyes done 2 times here and both times they were obviously being slow on purpose because they didn’t feel like doing anyone’s makeup . extremely rude to my mother and me. do yourself a favor and go to the mac counter in lynnhaven.

I made a makeup apptmt for my daughter & I on a Friday afternoon for her upcoming wedding and the two Jasmines were on time, friendly, and very attentive. They did a great job with our makeup & with offering product tips. I was immediately more relaxed when I witnessed their professionalism, and their poise--looking & acting the part (calm, graceful, flawless skin, hair, makeup & attire-stylish but not flamboyant). I could ask them about any product and they were not only extremely knowledgeable, but they were honest about whether it would personally benefit me or not. I must confess that we did spend way over the $60 minimum for a Mac makeup consult, but the way Jasmine made me look as the MOB was so amazing! We were excited about getting what she used to make our skin look so flawless. My daughter said that Jasmine's makeover subtracted at least 10yrs from my age. I'm quite conservative & I dont like a lot of makeup, but I walked away feeling younger, more beautiful, and very glam! We had such a good time with the ladies that other customers were coming over wanting what we had.

My friend (the bride) had an appt at 10:30 am. We arrived and we're not even looked at for 5 min. Once the MUA took her to a chair, she sat there for 20 min, while he continued to help everyone but the bride who had an appt... after 25 min of being ignored basically we got up and left. We were fortunate enough to find someone at a near by makeup counter to take care of her! She didn't have time to even get her whole face done. Fortunately for everyone involved half of the bridal party is/are hairdresser we are trained enough to finish everything when we got to the venue. Super terrible experience... will not return.

I needed my makeup done for an event, and Angie was great. I had to wait probably 15 mins past my appointment time, but Angie made up for it with her great attitude and professionalism. I didn't initially know that I had to spend $60 in products for a Makeover, so that would have been nice to know beforehand.

I needed new foundation that matched my face and I came here. Jasmine was freaking amazing!!!! My visit was the only time in my life that a makeup artist was able to match my face on the FIRST TRY!!! She also picked out my new favorite lip gloss! I'm such a novice when it comes to make up application and she educated me on how to do it, the appropriate brushes and I learned about primer! Jasmine knows her stuff!!
