I came in looking for a tool, could not find tool and could not find employee to ask questions. The only store employees were found at registers. Bad customer service when one can’t ask questions. But employees are there to take your payment only.

I was looking for an employee to let them know that there was 2 beams left on the floor on aisle 30, that the MST left on the floor and could it been a major trip hazard for any customer.i just hope that know one got hurt, 2.30pm!!!!
And I can't imagine that know one has seen it From the time the store open till 2.30pm, waiting for someone to fall and hurt them selves.

Good prices and good selection of hardware. I was able to find the unusual type of water valve I needed in stock and the special wrench needed to complete the job. None of it broke the bank and the team members in the store were super helpful in helping me locate everything. One thing, the isle/bay locations of some stuff listed online doesn't necessarily match up to where it is in store. It a good thing they have staff available to help customers when needed.

I never come to this Lowes. Because it is ALWAYS a bad experience. I’ve currently been waiting 30 minutes for someone in the paint department. I’ve gone and asked 3 times to employees. That no one is in paint department. They said paint lady is on break. They don’t know when she’s coming back. When I worked in retail. You usually had someone cover your department when you went on break.
I’m only here because I need a paint refill from a brand only from here. Or I would leave. But I need to finish the project with said paint color. That was given to me. I absolutely cannot stand this store. It is always been understaffed every time I come. Oh except for the two employees at the door. To check your receipt smh….

It’s Lowe’s, either you like it out you go to Home Depot. I prefer Lowe’s.
