STAY AWAY!!I have been paying for coverage with Lee Ann Sullivan for at least 15 years. Let that sink in, and consider how much money that is. I have total coverage, minus rental reimbursement.I recently was the victim of a hit and run. That should have been the worst part of my experience, but in fact working with the assigned Allstate insurance adjuster and Lee Ann Sullivan has been by far worse than having a maniac drive into my stationary car and just decide to drive off for my wife and I.All I want to do is have my car repaired. At the time of writing this it has almost been 2 weeks. I need to have my car inspected first, but the good people at Allstate refuse to help. I tried scheduling an inspection with a recommended collision center in the Allstate network, but they said that I needed to set that up through Allstate. I contacted Lee Ann Sullivan, because my adjuster is unresponsive, and she has provided NO ASSISTANCE. In fact, she tried to sell me more coverage, citing that it wouldn't apply to this accident, but I would be better off next time with rental car access. No help getting my car back to normal though. 15 years. I will definitely get rental coverage with the next non-Allstate insurer I switch to.

LeAnne has been amazing !! We’ve been with Allstate for 17 years and they haven’t disappointed yet ! Her office was very helpful even when i had to peruse a claim on the other insured.

I received my quote for car insurance next day .But never received renters insurance quote.It's been at least a week..Bryce was very nice the night I spoke with him .Answered all my questions.Asked me what he need to know to get my car insurance quote.Emailed me next day with price .And asking for my old address, so he can finish doing renters insurance price.

Lee Ann is really nice the lady that answers the phone at first is nice as well but I had to leave because the other agent that she has working there is not very nice I'm sorry lee Ann but I'm getting a new agent and cant recommend you to anyone if you want Allstate go with Ned Loyd they are real easy to deal with
