They’re pretty good, in my opinion. I’ve been turned down for loans and etc., but they pin pointed what I needed to do in order to receive consideration of a loan. They are pretty straightforward and I appreciate the service that I have experienced. Thank you Langley!

Reps are hanging out just chilling and holding casual side conversations the lobby has had 6 people in it for over 20 minutes there are no members in any of the offices but 1 yet the lobby is full this is terrible service

Customer service has gotten SO bad. Wait times are in excess of an hour. Website is clunky and unresponsive. Langley's flawed implementation of a new banking system deleted the auto-pay off of my credit card account resulting in late fees from a missed payment. I've had this account on auto-pay since 2018.

You better conduct all matters with your accounts by Friday at 5pm. Members are basically helpless after that. Issues with anything over the weekend don't matter. And good luck if the Monday is a holiday. Payments and concerns are literally processed within the parameters of their business hours.

I usually love my credit union but the ATM has been definitely an issue at this Branch lately. In the last few weeks of me trying to put money into the ATM it has been messing up either not accepting the cash for no real reason or be shut down I have to drive all the way to Carrollton to deposit money after that it's kind of a waste of time and frustrating. I also deposit money quite often and after hours so going inside is not an option.

This one's for you J. Ali. We drove from NC to VA to buy a car. We had some cash on hand but decided to buy a vehicle that was better than the one we planned on looking at. What to do next? Ahh! Go to the bank I guess? Justin Ali was sooo friendly, had a great sense of humor and an awesome haircut to say the least. He really did go above and beyond to get us the money we needed to purchase our new forever car (2013 Toyota 4runner) We plan to keep it maintained and driving for another 200,000+miles. Hands down the worst customer service call center I’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone after waiting 45 minutes.

I love langley I only been with them for few months now and i have not had a bad experience yet fast services checks deposit on time great customer service everytime i go in the branch.. 5stars for langley from me
