I’d give it a 0 if i could, strong credit, high income, and hit with 10% APR offer on auto loan. ABNB was way lower, they we’re surprised at how terrible Langley was for offering such garbage loan offers to well qualified applicants.Customers service is a clown show, most of the people in here are incompetent, ignorant and borderline rude.Probably one of the worst credit unions in the entire 757. Before you do business with these clowns, do yourself a favor and go to ABNB or Navy Federal. Heck even chartway is better.

It just depends on who you deal with. Some really great customer service mixed in with some very rude and entitled clerks. I was told (norfolk branch) it would take a week to review my a POA for my dying father who has banked here forever. Chesapeake associate had it done in a day. I continue to have BAD experiences while trying to conduct business here.

I am so sad by how I have been treated by this location employees, I went to apply for a business car loan and it was the worst experience, I really felt I was mistreated and violated in so many ways that I have been contemplating filing a complaint. I believe that there need to be some ethical training, customer service training, and business lending training. The crazy thing, is this isnt my first loan and I can believe how drawn out this process. I honestly feel sorry for any customer that experience this. Honestly, the service was so poor that I really just want to pray for the people that work here.

I noticed a payment was made for $212 from my account. I did not authorize the payment. I contacted Langley customer service and they gave me the run around for 3 hours. I still haven’t received my money back. I do not recommend this bank! Go to Navy Federal.

Because of this bank and their need to expand, one of my families favorite restaurants that has a lot of sentimental value had to close so they can expand. Ridiculous!

Worst branch ever! Backed up at 930 already, understaffed, automated system's don't work, and indifferent workers. Don't expect real bank service from this place, its a check cashing joint.What a joke!

This credit union is very inconvenient. Why do you close at 5:00pm when you should stay open until 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and I can't deposit my money in your ATM because it is not available. Then have to use my gas to go to the next location just to deposit funds. Just use a regular bank because Langley and all the other credit unions just want to make money off your money and control how you get and use your mo ney. Just by a safe and keep your money in your own safe at home.

Worste phone system ever ! The System doesn’t connect with live representative and you can’t use it to get any information either because it tries to route you to a person! Horrible. I’ve been trying to ask a question for 30 minutes and can’t get an answer.
