This location no longer open. When I entered the new address no site was designated, 2 buildings with separate locations side by side, naturally I went to wrong building. Would have been nice to know that the Battlefield location was closing, after all they have my e-mail address.

Quick. Easy. Professional. Phlebotomist had to hunt for a vein for 15 seconds so not bad at all, AND she used proper clean technique. This location is located exactly where google maps says...behind Arby’s and next to once upon a child.

This is NOT the correct location for LabCorp. This is a hotel. 805 N Battlefield Blvd is the correct address, but this is the wrong location for that address on the map.

Recently went in for lab work. It was 4:55 pm, Tuesday afternoon. Nobody else in waiting room. Staff was very pleasant. I loved the kiosk check in. It is very quick and efficient. Facility was clean and well kept. I will return and I will recommend.

Staff is very rude. The one at the front desk was on her phone and had an attitude. The tech that brought me back for preemployment drug screening asked me my SSN and she repeated it loudly.

Saturday morning they open at 8 was the second person came in as a walk in they took my information and was the first one in I spent only 15 minutes everyone was kind and friendly thank you

Very professional and kind. From walking in the door to drawing my blood, they put my mind at ease. The phlebotomist saw I was anxious and used a butterfly needle before I even asked. They were very helpful at getting my insurance info squared away as well. Will definitely use this location again if needed. Superb staff!!!

If I had a choice to give no stars I would!!! Tech who waited on my was so unprofessional! Also why is it that I have only 3 mins to use the bathroom? Ridiculous I tell you, I see why some guy was waiting for 2 hours they rush you and are not compassionate to patients!! Just get rid of all the ratchet staff and bring and people who absolutely love doing what they are hired to do. Overall I was able to keep my cool and not even feed in to the eye rolling and attitudes that were giving to me!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER GOING TO A LABCORP FACILITY FOR A PRE EMPLOYEE DRUG TEST AND IT WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST, IF A JOB WANTS ME TO GO THERE I WILL TURN THAT JIB DOWN IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE LABCORP IS A JOKE ITSELF!!!! DO BETTER

They get the job done, but be prepared for horrible customer service and listening to the workers gossiping about patients and planning their next work dinner. Also, the whole place just looks dirty.

I'd been waiting an hour and a half when someone pointed out the sign that indicates wait times shouldn't exceed thirty minutes. I stood at the counter a while longer, ignored until finally they asked for my name. Turns out someone had marked me as completed without servicing me. I was one of three who got "skipped". Just a waste of an afternoon.
