Secobd atrempt: the wait is way too long, people were waiting outside the facility. They probably don't have help. So, if you can wait 1+ hours go ahead. I'm not returning.

Staff is nice and quick when you can see them. The waiting room is small. While the wait in your car option sounds nice given the lack of seating I dont recommend it. It seems to malfunction and causes longer wait times.

The front desk lady was polite and straightforward despite the massive stress of the literally 20 people that came in about 5 minutes after I did and she was friendly and apologetic about the wait, which wasn't actually to bad at about 45min and I was a walk-in. The Phlebotomist that helped me, and her senior that came to help later, were both very nice and very friendly and helpful and accommodating, however the primary dug around in my arm quite a bit and had already tried three separate veins before her senior came to help, she was able to get it right away unfortunately I was prob dehydrated and they got less that 2 vials before given up and told to try again later. I was told I could come back in two days but 3 of the 4 veins they tried are blown which means I need at least 10 -12 days and I cant take my meds until I have the tests. It is mostly my fault but i'm a little frustrated by that. The ladies also talked openly about the fact that they didn't have the kind of needles they needed to draw my blood. They were apparently out of the smaller butterfly needles senior referred to it by a specific name but I cant recall it. I don't know if it was just bad luck (it was not even 10am) or if this is a common problem at Labcorb but it is a legitimate concern for me. That my experience might have been massively better if they had been given the equipment/supplies they needed to treat all thier patients. I am 5'7' and overweight the chair was extremely uncomfortable as I had to sit with my legs on tip toe, and straining my muscles not to slip off the chair because of its small weird shape. It was not fun to be fighting not to flinch/move as they're trying to get a vein and also fighting not to slide outta that tiny butt chair.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. Everyone was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Even with a full waiting room, I was in and out in under an hour.

My insurance company will no longer let me do labs @ Sentara because Labcorp is way cheaper. If you visit this facility you will understand why its cheaper. Makes DMV look effecient. I think English as a second language is the only requirement. This is last resort. Try other locations first.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and continuously cuts people off before they could finish their sentences. It also seems completely disorganized and they apparently did not have a record of many people’s appointments so we are just sitting waiting and wasting away. The lab tech who took my blood redeemed the experience somewhat. They were polite and efficient unlike the front desk.

This facility is a hit or miss kind of lab collection. The people who work there are very friendly and easy going. However, from time to time I have had my blood tests short and messed up, where the actual facility that conducts the testing is not able to perform. The samples are either collected wrong or not enough blood was collected. So, as friendly as everyone is, and they are, when it is constant inconsistency with collecting blood, it makes you wish labcorp had another facility nearby. Recently, I had my blood drawn there and labcorp was unable to perform 3 of the tests my doctor ordered, due to insufficient collection sample (basically my blood was not collected right). So, be careful and don't be afraid to do your own homework before getting your blood drawn here.I just find out that they even try to cover it up by putting down I got my blood drawn at a doctor's office rather than their facility. Luckily I keep record of everything, and will be filing a formal complaint with labcorp and my insurance about this.

Visited this facility today and was very impressed. There were a few people in the waiting room but everything was moving. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. The tech that did the blood draw, ASHA, was so nice and I didn't feel a thing. She's very good!! I would recommend this location.

I just want to say I’ve been to this place twice, and both times, I had an awesome experience. Especially the second time. Star was very fast friendly and efficient with checking me in. And Asha did an amazing job drawing my blood. She was so quick and very professional. I was amazed at how quick she was. It was a very smooth process overall. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. But I just thought I’d take the time out and acknowledge the positive experience that I had.

Front desk at this location is EXTREAMLY RUDE!! They make it impossible to even speak to or ask any questions. While in office waiting on your appointment you feel uncomfortable for other patients trying to check in as well due to how unprofessional they come off! As a front desk at a medical office I can understand stress but kindness and patience should always be provided no matter the struggles throughout your work day.

Very good experience. I scheduled an appointment online for pre-employment testing and was called back almost exactly at my appointment time. Everyone working in the office was very professional and efficient and collection was done quickly. The office was clean and parking was convenient.

Unprofessional and unorganized staff. I was the last person and ready to provide a sample but there was no one available for drug screening. Front desk receptionist said I was next as soon as sliding door to her right opened. Then she and the person who came out of closed sliding door were getting ready to leave. I mentioned I’m ready to give a sample before I urinate on myself and was told someone will be here. Before they left another technician asked if drug screenings were done and mentioned there’s one more, which was me. I overheard her tell someone on the phone she couldn’t do it because she hadn’t been checked off. Technician told me she’s trying to get a hold of someone to do it. She was texting and calling, no one responded. I finally told her I couldn’t wait any longer and I would come back tomorrow. I asked to use restroom for fear of peeing on myself. When I came out of restroom someone was available but obviously it was too late. They were apologetic and they would squeeze me in next day but I after that incident I knew I would never return to this location Terrible customer service.

Oh my goodness.I came to this location to get some blood work, and usually I'm a hard stick so it often takes multiple tries to get a good vein.HUGE shout out to Asha!!! She got me her very first try.

I waited over an hour for a drug screen, multiple people went in front of me. And when I finally said something it turns out that the receptionist had used my slip of paper with my information to write someone else's information on it and that's why I hadn't been seen. I was placed at the back of the line when my information was pulled leaving me to wait another 30-45 minutes. Don't go here. They don't pay attention and they're not considerate of your time.
