Dave was very professional and courteous. Came to us when we came into the store and introduced himself, asked what we were looking for and pointed to the areas most of the chairs we were looking for would be. And then lets us look around by ourselves. When we found what we liked he came over and told us all about the chair. Described very well all the line items on the invoice. It was and has always been a very great pleasure shopping at LaZBoy.

We just bought a recliner at the Lazy Boy store in Chesapeake and we are excited about the lumbar support in the recliner to assist with rest and relaxation. We received excellent customer service at the LazyBoy store.

We had a GREAT experience with this store!!! Jared Tackett was not only patient with my husband and I, he also helped by moving furniture around so we could see pieces together. He answered all of our questions and was very informative. Once we got together with Annahlese Merris, she made our decisions so much easier!!! Her visit to our house to get the details was helpful and once we sat down with her with what she put together, everything came together. She was patient and very professional, took her time and allowed us to take our time with our decisions as to what to get for our new living room. We are extremely happy with our experience and can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive.
