The pharmacy staff is very caring and personable. My husband is usually the one picking up our family’s prescriptions. On the occasions that I pick them up, I am always addressed with kindness and compassion. I have a chronic medical condition and the staff show genuine concern. They ask how I’ve been feeling and if there are any updates or anything they can help with. A very thoughtful group of people.

This location pharmacy is great! The Mt. Pleasant location always has our Rx ready and the wait in line is minimal. We tend to have a couple people in line now due to Rite Aid closing. The pharmacist and associates are always knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful.

This is one of my favorite Kroger grocery stores in the area. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have a great produce section and it's easy to find everything that I'm looking for without any issues. The staff is friendly and helpful on those rare occasions when I need assistance.

Kroger pharmacy is a joke. Recently had our prescriptions transferred to Kroger from Rite Aid (not our choice, our location closed). Tried to get a couple of our prescriptions filled to find out that they do not take Optima or Aetna insurance. What pharmacy in this area does not take either one of those insurances? We both work for large employees, my wife for VB Schools, so do not waste your time here unless you want to pay full price for prescriptions.

Kroger thinks a reduced price means charging more than the original price. Way to look out for your customers Kroger! Just happy it wasn't moldy or expired.

My neighborhood Kroger is awesome! It is staffed with friendly employees that warmly greet you and ask if they can help you find anything. I exclusively use their pharmacy for our family's medicinal needs. Ms. Katherine leads a caring team that is very friendly and have always gone out of their way to fill our prescriptions. Leah is one of the techs remembers customers by name and is always efficient and respectful of your time. This Kroger has a gas station with competitive prices which when you combine your Kroger points you can can get significant per gallon discounts. Free air for your tires is always available just by asking the attendant to turn the pump. This Kroger has definitely earned our Five stars!

So it's been a long time since I've been to this Kroger. I didn't have a good experience last time I came here, and so I'm happy to say that they have redeemed themselves. (Also, I'm sure it all has to do with the time you get there). I came in about 11 am on a Thursday morning. They weren't terribly busy. I used the self check out which was super user-friendly. They had lots of bags available. The lady monitoring it was very friendly as well. They had a very large selection of produce, beverages, and everything else.

Sarah is truly a great person, however Keisha is a little arrogant...showed up for a 9am secon-shot vaccine appointment and she ignored my presence,...the a little after 9am she said can I help you, and I said I had a 9 am appointment for shot...didn't want to listen when, after she asked for my card given to me at the first time, I told her I wasn't given a card the first time...totally acting like she didn't want to be there...Rolling the eyes, turning away, typical attitude of someone who is obviously overstretched..

I do a lot of reoccurring business with the deli. The employees are always courteous and eager to ensure my needs taken care of. They provide excellent customer service.

This Kroger is horrible! I have complained several times to no avail including to the local store and corporate. The produce and salad always looks horrible. Rotten or expired dates. The regular grocery section numerous, numerous items with expiration dates including yogurt as well as banged up packaging. They only have one cashier working so if you don't want to scan and bag your own groceries go somewhere else! The cashier who is usually there, who I won't say her name, is rough with the groceries, banging and slinging them down the conveyor belt. She is rude and abrupt. When you tell her you want to put your number in at the end she continues to ask. While the young kids bagging could care less. They were going to put 4 spaghetti sauces in one of those plastic bags. I said don't put all 4 of those in the same bag. The boy rolled his eyes at me and just proceeded to put 2 in the bag. Really rolled your eyes at a customer. This place needs some quality control and good customer service training! Go somewhere else because even corporate doesn't care!

Why is it so hard to open another register? I don't want to scan or bag my own groceries! The prices are the same as Food Lion but they Provide friendly service. Food should be cheaper at a place where you have to scan and lack it yourself.
