I'm here at the pharmacy that supposed open at 10:am it is now 10:15 was told that I had to wait until she gets here will change pharmacy

Went into the store this morning around 930, there was a long line at customer service where I needed to go. I saw a lot of managers in the regular clothes, walking around by the bananas, but no one went to help the person working in customer service, who had about 10 people in line. I waited over 20 minutes in this line, by this time there are two employees working, when a man approaches the other side of the desk, opposite of where the line is. The employee points out where the line is, and he says he understands that and proceeds to talk to the employee anyway. Then the two employees disregard the line and go and help the gentleman at the other end of the desk. It is not an emergency situation, but they completely disregard the seven people waiting in their line to help this man, with no apologies no trying to redirect the man at all. The people in line behind me voiced their complaints rather loudly, but they were ignored. Was absolutely ridiculous. Customer service situation. No one apologized when it was my turn, all in all they made everyone wait an additional 10 minutes minimum to help this man who couldn't be bothered to wait in line, and they couldn't be bothered to help the customers who actually did.

Never on time! Never on time the next day! Never on time at all. Don not use if you have an illness that requires your meds on time!

The store is amazing. It’s always clean & I always find what I need. However the pharmacy sucks. They are understaffed so you literally wait in the drive thru for NO LESS than 30min. This is the only one that does this. I know one time I had to go In because they were short staffed & waited 20min. The pharmacist was giving vaccines etc etc. butttttt they didn’t even have my prescription. They ran out of pills. No call or nothing. I dread coming here, the only reason I do is because I am in the discount club & my meds are expensive but here they are so cheap. Smhhh

This is where I like to do most of my shopping due to the location. So I usually will make a stop to this Kroger on my way home or after the gym. They are usually stocked and organized. I enjoy getting Starbucks there to take around with me during shopping. Produce is usually fresh and there is plenty of variety. I enjoy the sushi and the Ukrops salad options . The bakery is excellent too! I've never stopped at the wine bar but it is always popular with lots of people. They have a huge selection of wines and sometimes promotions reps will give samples. I always make my way to the holiday section and usually just browse at the cool stuff. The staff is friendly but they seem to be short staffed often. Heads up - lines can get really long . The staff does try their best and sometimes guides you to open register or open self checkout. My many trips to Kroger have been good and I will continue to shop there !

Went to have a script for my epileptic dog 15 mins before 1pm and they told me it would take to long to fill before lunch. I asked her for the price of the meds so I could be prepared before pick up she said I have to enter it all in first. Then I ask if I can wait while she did so and she said it's gonna take a while... know that if u go 15 mins before lunch expect to not get answers because they don't do anything that close to lunch I guess.

The pharmacy here is a joke. I've visited this location twice in a week first visit got turned away "we are about to go on lunch" current time 12:30 and there lunch is scheduled for 1:00. Second visit only take 5 people for walk ins 2:00 pm.

This Kroger store is horrible. A lot of aisles don't have merchandise. Some of the cashiers have attitudes. The Starbucks workers are always having side conversations and not helping customers. Just bad. Buyers beware purchasing gift cards, because they already may be used and Kroger won't help you get your money back even when corporate tells you to go to the store and get a refund. The store also charges over what is on the display.
