I enjoy shopping at kohls but they've stopped curbside delivery. I need this sometimes because I don't have e the energy to walk to the self online pick up or wait in the customer service line. Other than that, it's a great place to shop.

The Kohl's I visited in Chesapeake, Va. was very clean, well stocked and had great lighting. I found everything I was looking for and the sales people were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will certainly be going back.

Disappointed The clothes was not organized. It was a mess in the store.
Update:
On Monday morning I went to Kohls on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake, VA. I went into the women’s dressing room and saw a man dressed in a red, see through, women’s nightgown with booty panties on. Two women walked in the dressing room and ran out immediately and left the store. I went to the manager to tell them and she said they can’t discriminate because women bring the children in the dressing rooms. That is different from a grown man dressing with women. I took on my card and asked for scissors and cut it up the Kohls credit card front of the store associates and threw it on the counter. I let them know I will let every Christian know about Kohls.

Overall clean and a well-recovered store. Good amount of help. A couple of staff members must be sick because they were wearing masks... but what do I know?
The Sephora section was well stocked and the young lady who helped me tonight was super helpful. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name and it doesn't seem to be on the receipt, but she's a good higher and a great customer service rep thank you

I needed a suit and they had plenty of options for me to choose from. Friendly staff and the price was less than I expected it to be. If you need a suit, I highly recommend Kohl's.

Ms. Jackie was such a pleasure at check out. She took her time explaining how the rewards program worked. I ended up with a $40 coupon after my purchase. Thank you to her and the other staff at Kohl. I saw them all working hard to support one another.

Let me this store especially when I have Kohl's cash or discount coupons but even when I don't they have great sales/specials.I would love shopping there more if they had battery powered mobility carts for elderly and handicapped patrons, with my COPD I just get extremely worn out trying to walk all around
