The lady upfront at the register was rude. I am not a crafty person by all means, but I needed some 1 inch foam cushions to stabilize the couch cushions I have. I didn't know that the cushions in back still had to be measured and cut. When I looked online on your website it said price by yard and said the same in store because they were rolled and wrapped up, I thought they were already a yard. I brought it up to the register and she said I needed to have a yellow tag. I had no idea, and If I wanted the whole 2 yards, I still had to get a tag. She was being rude about it. I am not familiar with your store as I do t shop here, I had no idea and to treat someone with disrespect is beyond rude and poor customer service. When I went to go get it measured, I showed the lady what I was trying to buy according to the website. I drove all the way out here from Suffolk to get what I needed. I was then told the price I saw online does not start until tomorrow and I had to order it for pick up if I wanted that price. This is absolutely ridiculous and the nonsense I had to go through to get the cushions I needed for the price shown. I think it's wrong to only show an "online" price on your website and not an in-store price for the sale you have today and not tomorrow! It's a ploy to make people travel out of their way for nothing for what was supposed to be a quick in and out. I feel like they should have honored that price shown on the website in store for that reason alone! Never will I step foot in this terrible establishment again. Both in-store and corporate should be ashamed and you wonder why more businesses are going out of business!

This store is a wreck, the shelves are bare and the fabric selection is very very poor. There's a lot of flannel if you really need that much flannel. This is supposed to be a fabric store, there is only one section for fabric that seems to be about 1/4 of the store, very sloppy and perceives a poorly manage stored. I left. The picture below is a quilting project of mine. I did not take pictures in the store.

In 2024, my husband and I are learning to make and appreciate home manufactured items. BJ was absolutely wonderful to interact with - very informative, encouraging and overall friendly.
We plan on being frequent customers as we continue to honing our sewing and craft making skills.

Went for fabric to make a quilt, and Lisa told me everything I needed (that I had no clue about) to make it. She was very inviting and extremely patient with me. Very clean and inviting place. The prices were great too and I was even able to snag the 40% off sale.

This JoAnn consistently has the RUDEST employees. I understand JoAnn is an awful company that has treated their employees like garbage, but that's not an excuse to be personally insulting to customers. On my latest (and last) visit, the woman checking us grabbed my phone as I was scrolling through the coupons on the app because I wasn't finding it fast enough for her. There was NO ONE in line behind us. The visit before that, another cashier actually rolled her eyes when she asked what I was making. I said I hadn't decided because I had just started sewing. I didn't realize beginning sewists were such an inconvenience and worthy of disdain. This was the same woman who made a snide remark under her breath at me when I started speaking Arabic to my son. No lady, I WASN'T talking about you to my toddler. I guess that' s my mistake for daring to be Arab in this store. This entire crop of employees needs to be let go, and most of them need not be in a customer service job, especially not if they're racist trash.

A vast selection of fabrics and other miscellaneous craft items. It can be a bit annoying not finding the exact item you’re looking for but there is always online. However, the store is fairly well organized and easy to navigate.
