I'm just here for clarification, the store hours is advertised open until 8pm right. Why is there a young man at the door at 725pm keeping people from coming in. You missed out on 3 customers and that's just the 3 I saw whith my own eyes. I drove all the way from suffolk knowing i would have enough time to get in the store, this is bad business.

Has better selection than some of the other stores in my opinion. They always have my size.

Bought wrong size shirt they just shook there head and said nope no returns or exchanges sorry I just want to swap a small out for a medium. Terrible customer service.

Do not make purchases from this store. they will not honor the order cancellation or return policy! They will refer you to a customer service line that doesn't pick up and a web portal that does not respond. Please make sure you use a credit card because you can have YOUR BANK cancel the payment.

They aszz never pick up the gd phone and it’s ridiculous. All the times I’ve been here they have never been that busy to the point that they can’t pick up the phone.

Store is clean. Customer service is good. Not a fan of their return policy. Just make sure that when you buy something you plan to keep it otherwise all you get is store credit. Usually has the lastest shoes
