“Dawn is wonderful! She's very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. One of the natural Alexandrite stone on my engagement ring came off and nowhere to be found. Dawn patiently worked with me, she made sure that we get a natural Alexandrite that matches the size and the hue color of the original stones. She also did restorations of the 3 other stones and returned my ring looking like brand new. I can say that Dawn is very passionate about her craft.As I write this review, she’s also making “sleeves/jackets” for my engagement ring, I am excited to see the finish product.”

“Tiffany and Breawn put on the most wonderful party for my daughter today. The girls all got hair and makeup done, had a scavenger hunt, played games and got to go on a shopping spree. Tiffany was there to offer support and answer questions through the entire planning process. And on the day, both girls were enthusiastic, helpful, and just awesome support. “It is located at a kiosk inside of the Chesapeake Square Mall. The owner is very friendly. She told me the cost of the batteries and how long it would take to replace them. My only concern is that one of my watches needed a new gasket and she changed it without clearing it with me first. It was only $10 and I paid the fee. I would have preferred that she called me to explain it first, and then asked me what I wanted to do. I asked for batteries, not repairs. I would have been upset,, had it been a bigger cost. Not sure if this is her typical practice, or if she did it because it was only 10 dollars. Otherwise, everything was fine. My watches all work, and I can wear them again.”
