Awesome store. I am so glad they left a bra size chart and tape in the dressing room. I have been buying 34DDD bras and been disgusted with how my armpits look. I used their chart and tried some 36D bras on. My armpit area looked better and I still felt like I had support

Let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's start this review!. I believe this department store is similar to most:'what do I mean when I say that you ask'? Just about all clothing stores sell items with the hope that you'll purchase their products that they display, whether you see them in physically in stores or view them online the purpose is the same. I'm like anyone else ( well most of us anyway ) when I shop I look for deals that seem good and I also look for quality and style too so ultimately we all hope to get more bang for your bucks! The reason I left out one star is because again like most department stores they don't always have what you're looking for and the size you desire so you may have to go to another store further away then what you want to drive to or purchase online and maybe having to pay extra for shipping and handling but that's not going to stop me from shopping here or anywhere else. I will definitely return and hope you do too!.

The Sephora store inside JC Penny is the best. I searched everywhere for my cleanser only to find it here. Great service. Very attentive and friendly. Will be returning to this store from now on.

Located inside Greenbrier Mall across from QVC. There is a Sephora inside. The store was pretty neat and clean. The staff wasn't friendly at all though. I ordered online & went to pick my order up. You pick online orders in the Home department on the first floor. I wish there was an expedited line for pick ups, but I had to wait in a long line for my order. That was annoying. JCP isn't my favorite store, but they have lots of good deals. Look online for coupons before you order or go shopping in the Store. They wore masks and the floor was taped for social distancing. The customers didn't pay attention to that though. So, be sure to wear your masks to prevent getting their germs.

Checkout took as long as finding the women's section. The store layout is confusing, but at least clean. Personally from now on I will just order online from Amazon or literally anywhere else. If I didn't need these asap I would have. Cashier Donna refused to even try scanning my $10 off a $25 purchase coupon. Completely ignored my request and just said it wont work. Even if it doesn't work could you give it a try, because it might not be the one you are thinking of. I had my phone open and up to the coupon and ready to go, but she ignored me and proceeded to ring me out. Annoying.

Based on the customer service received here, this location may soon follow Sears and it's demise in this mall. Have visited frequently and have never been able to check out in less than 20 minutes, even when I ordered online and simply went to pick the order up. Feels like stepping back into time 35 years, when I would spend all day long in the shopping mall with my mom in the 80s. Only now, I am 40 with a job, life and family and don't have that kind of time! I will only shop JCP online now when they are having free shipping.

Okay this is a decent JCP. I'm giving 2.5 stars. I like the one at PTC better, because they have more of a selection for what I'm looking for BUT logistically this is the better location for me. Customer service can be hit or miss but I do a good job at figuring out what I need without having to ask anyone. Seems like JCP stores are cluttered/crowded/packed to the gills (JUNKY) so it's not a spacious shopping trip at all - in ANY department. I try to go during an off peak time so I'm not bumper to bumper with another shopper. I think the best shopping for JCP is done online and then you just go to the store to return anything. But make sure that you have your receipt when you return because they have an aggressive return policy.
