At the beginning when they bought out the other company they were great. I reached out to them recently because I got a better quote from Geico asking if they could review. $1400 a year better. They couldn't get back to me in a timely fashion. I've been a customer with this branch for 30 years. Forget trying to call the office. You would only get an automated corporate Allstate message.

My Mother and I were in search for renters insurance. We had been with a company for over 11 years and they have decided not to carry that type of insurance anymore. With on phone call Charlie answered all questions. Calculated a quote and we are covered. Thank you for your expertise and kindness.

I’ve loved about everything so far, especially the prices. The only thing I don’t like is having to pay for your own towing then bring your receipt in for a refund but you only get $100. Most tows cost $135. Other agencies give you free towing up to a certain distance.

Outstanding service by David C! Consolidated my auto + homeowners policies to Allstate and saved me over 25% by switching FROM Geico. After my 12-minute call, David took care of everything and had the papers ready to sign when i dropped by his office 30 minutes later. Very efficient, and he showed me a few ways to save more money on my premiums, home & auto.Caviat: MY experience with Allstate/Janney Agency was wonderful, but i do not make recommendations for goods & services.
