Visited this location on battlefield in Chesapeake and worked with Helen R! She is literally the best tax expert I’ve worked with in all of my adult years! She explained everything during the process! She was eager to answer all of my questions and I was in and out within an hour! Best experience ever! Wish I could give this location 100 stars! All of the staff there are extremely pleasant and ready to assist!

I can’t find the location on the GPS they should have coordinates or something like a flag allowing customers to know where they are… Should be visible outside for customers to find the place easier. I went behind and in front of the building in between McDonalds & still could not find it…

I met Ms. Lollie, (short for Lolita)yesterday, and she helped me and my husband file our tax for 2022. It was a breeze and she is very friendly, easy to talk to and her background as a retired Navy/PN brought so much knowledge on the table. I had the unfortunate case of dealing with doing the taxes for the estates of both of my parents in 2021. I had all the necessary paperwork, but not the knowledge. Was able to set up an appointment here on the recommendation of a family friend and it made the process so easy. The gentleman who helped me walked me through the complex process step-by-step and we were able to handle both estate accounts with ease. In tough times like that, such professionalism truly helped me overcome such hard hurdles.
