Owner's teen son (?) guided me to the cleaners over the phone while I drive 1st time. Polite and clear-spoken. Owner received me when I came, set up my order right. Dress pants came back with every stray mark removed that I'd identified. Pricing good too. Well done, folks.

New to area. Needed to have shirts cleaned ASAP for job interview. I went to JaNay’s and was greeted by such a friendly, professional staff! They put a rush on it for next day at no additional charge. My cleaning was done the next day, but much earlier than expected! I would highly recommend JaNays and will continue to recommend and take my business to them!

In town visiting and needed dry cleaning. In my google search this establishment came up. Upon entry Wendell & Le'Darius were welcoming and informative. I was advised of turnaround time and pricing upfront. That was much appreciated and was within the realms of my expectations. Got my receipt and wait until pick up. At pick I was met with the same welcoming energy and customer service as when I dropped my garment off. I don't know when/if I'll be back in the area, but I know who will dry clean my garments. Thank you Mr. Earl Lee for a fine establishment and special thanks to Wendell & Le'Darius to going above and beyond in you alls customer experience!!!!

I needed two items pressed and I was in a time crunch since I was traveling the next day for a cruise. They expedited the pressing and had it ready bright and early. They even gave me a call and had it ready 3 hours earlier than expected. Great customer service!!!

I have been going here for about a year for all dry cleaning needs. Always friendly staff, great dry cleaning, and appropriate/competitive pricing. This morning I asked for a rush to have my jacket cleaned by the next day and I am thankful this was not an issue. Less than 3 hours later, I receive a call that my jacket is done! I worked with KRW and I am more than thankful. Keep up the great work and I recommend Ja Nay's to everyone!

I'm so glad I found this lovely dry cleaners. It was my 1st time using them. When I picked up my garment they gave me a thank you card for being a 1st time customer. My dress looked great, the price was fair, and the turnaround time was good.

my husband was able to drop his military uniform off in timely manner and the staff was kind and courteous. unfortunately the quality of service my husband received regarding his uniform is unacceptable. there are still so many wrinkles on the top and they didn’t even line up of the folds to make sure it was centered. we won’t be using this place again
