I cannot express enough on the amazing experience I had here. Best experience ever! I walked in, picked out the jewelry, signed the waver, they explained the procedure, the told me about the care instructions and we did the piercing.I would recommend to everyone! Thank you

My experience with I’m Just Saiyan has been overwhelmingly positive. I live out of state, and I refuse to get piercings anywhere else. My husband and I have a deal that I can get piercings every time we come in town, so I (obviously) have to get multiple every time. I have gotten my septum, both nostrils, daith, and a lobe pierced by Jordan, and he also helped me with a previous snug piercing. After having my septum pierced incorrectly twice in one day at another shop and still being refused a refund, I was so thankful to find this shop. Everyone we have encountered here has been knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. The shop is awesomely decorated and the jewelry selection is the coolest. I may have 2 extra holes in my nose, but I found a sick shop from the experience, so I’m good with it ?

I highly recommend I’m Just Saiyan. My daughters 7&9 had their ears pierced by Jordan and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. My 9 year old is on the spectrum and she was very worried about the experience. Jordan was phenomenal with both my children and was able to gauge their temperate and adjust how he handled them accordingly. Jordan did a good job guiding my kids with selecting appropriate earrings.The studio was clean and the environment was comfortable. The staff were friendly and patient. I spoke with someone over the phone to express my concerns. The staff member made me feel heard and answered all of my questions.I would go again for myself and plan to purchase future earrings directly from the studio.

Everyone was great the stickers were a welcome distraction. Got mine and my kiddos ear pierced at the same time. Am totally planning on going back for more in the future!

I just got done at I’m Just Saiyan and they were GREAT!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Malcolm did my piecing. He was so informative and really set me at ease when I was a little nervous ?They also have a great selection of jewelry to choose from and I LOVE that they have 14k yellow gold jewelry with Natural Diamonds, Lab Diamonds, and other gems ?I will DEFINITELY be going back for my next piercing ☺️

i usually don’t review places , but i am so happy with my experience here i feel like i have to. i came in due to an issue with a piercing i got out of state. Jordan was so nice and helpful and gave me great advice on how to choose a piercing that would suit my face. the shop is clean , and the theming is so fun. Jordan was incredibly nice and knowledgeable every step of the way. the jewelry selection is amazing too , lots of great things to choose from. will definitely be back for future piercings !!

I wanted to get my daughter's ears pierced for awhile but just was too nervous to actually do it. I finally made an appointment with Jordan. While we were parking, we noticed how many other babies and small children were also getting their ears pierced. I will say that it definitely made me feel more at ease that other parents also trusted this place. Once we walked in we were immediately greeted by Shantal, who helped us get checked in. Another really nice employee (didn't catch her name) helped me pick out the earrings and helped us get checked out. We were told that the earrings had to go through the sterilizer and would have to wait a few mins before getting her ears pierced. Once sterilized, Jordan directed us to go into his room. He was extremely personable and friendly. In fact, he even had a tv show playing (Bluey) that my daughter instantly loved and smiled once she saw it. I'm 100% sure I was more nervous than she was. Jordan was quick but also patient with my nerves and my baby who did cry a bit... but that is to be expected. Yes this place is a little bit pricier but I felt better having it done by a professional. This place was absolutely spotless and very clean. I will definitely be back for any piercing needs we have. Will update the review with a picture after a few days.

Had a great time today, went in on a whim and found great pieces. Ended up getting my septum and third holes done by Chantel. She was overwhelmingly kind and talked me through everything we were doing. This will definitely be my new piercing spot!! Thanks I’m Just Saiyan for being so welcoming and kind to me!!

Got my nose pierced by Chantel yesterday and had such a lovely experience! They were so sweet and knowledgeable! The piercing site was spot on and perfect. I will definitely be recommending this shop to all of my friends! Very clean and professional. 11/10

the most professional and welcoming piercing place ive been to! all of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. i got my helix piercing done by chantel and she was so amazing! walked me through everything and was so sweet.definitely recommend this place for your next piercing!by the way, my piercing price came out to be around $50. it was $25 for the piercing itself and another $25 or so for the jewelry which was one of the basic toppers. their prices ranged from $20 to upwards of hundreds of dollars for super good quality jewelry like 14k gold and diamonds. i will also be going back to switch out my topper.

My husband went in to get me a gift certificate from I’m Just Saiyan and he was automatically impressed with the owner Jordan and his down to earth personality. The next day I went in for two piercings and everyone was absolutely amazing. Jordan helped me decide what jewelry to get and placements. These were piercings 7 and 8 for me and I’ve never had a better experience. We were so impressed we came back a few hours later to get my kiddos ear pierced! Top notch place, I highly recommend them for all your piercing needs!!

The shop was recommended for my 6 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time. Immediately upon entering, my child felt comfortable because the environment was clean and child appropriate. One of the owners, Jordan, introduced himself and described his experience and why it was important to him to open a shop where children could get pierced safely and as painlessly as possible. The shop delivered. My daughter, who can not sit for a shot at the doctors office, sat to have both of her ears pierced and did not shed a single tear.She loves her earrings! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced today and Jordan did such an amazing job with her. He did great explaining the process to us and how properly hold her based on her age. Malcolm did an amazing job explaining each type of jewelry and the pros/cons of each kind. The process from start to finish was very thorough and despite me living in Newport News, I will be bringing her back for future piercings as well as for my own!! Very friendly staff that gave a insightful and beautiful experience. The two ladies who helped me made it a easy process and answered every question thoroughly with a delightful demeanor. The shop was very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye the jewelry in the cases were beautiful and displayed like art. I was offered free refreshments and stickers during the wait .The piercer was very fast but experienced made the piercing worth it I will definitely be returning and recommending this place 10/10

I really want to pierce my nose, but felt a little anxious on who to go to. Everyone here made me feel so comfortable. The place is cool, and had drinks in a fridge while you waited. Jewelry is gonna cost you more than your piercing fee, but everything you get is good quality. Chantel was fast when doing the piercing and was so nice. And she also explained aftercare to me after she was done. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone looking for a new piercing.
