HASRA JOHN is the best tax consultant I've come across to date zero headaches filing this years tax return, very professional, respectful and courteous. She always reached out to me and kept me up to date and in the loop with the filing process. The process was so simple filing my taxes with her and the price was on point for the services rendered honestly not going to complain as I always paid way more to have my taxes filed, she answered all my questions fully. Most places try to rush you in and out I felt like she honestly took her time and asked me all the appropriate questions etc. to maximize my refund the experience this year was excellent. I'm absolutely happy this tax season and will utilizing her knowledge and expertise going forward. Can't wait to see my refund.

This time was not the best experience ive had with H&R Block. Apparently when you "drop off" your taxes, you really dont. You drive down there only for them to tell you they will text you a link for you to take a picture of your W2 and upload it to the website. I had all the papers in hand. Why did i waste my time, gas and energy when i could've done this over the phone or given them the W2 then? The person who did my taxes, (I will not name him) it seemed like it took him 1-2 days to respond to my simple questions that i could only send through the website, and that delayed my taxes being e-filed sooner in my opinion. This person did not seem to have any sense of urgency in getting my taxes filed. I paid quite a bit more than last year for their filing fees and my taxes are very, very simple. I had an issue e-filing through Turbo Tax as to the reasoning in coming here, but i am getting that issue solved this year and will make sure not to waste my money with H&R Block anymore. They are quick to charge you a ridiculous fee but the time and energy spent doesnt seem to add up.

Ok so we had an appointment y with Shawn i believe his name was at 1, the sweet lady Angela at the front desk was the one who tried to do our taxes… for an hour!!! And Shawn still wasn’t done yet he was telling his regular clients that came in to check on their appt at 2pm he would be ready for them at their scheduled time . I’m extremely pregnant and my husband is nice but this was ridiculous. We will not be returning, we kindly left Angela and thanked her for her help because she did her best. Angela was great Shawn was not! A freaking hour and a half cuz we came in to start intake paperwork early, he said he would be a few min behind…..
