I am done with Home Depot in general. I ordered a washer and dryer online with installation. Now they said I did not order installation and to "find a friend" to install my appliance. Completely uncalled for. Disgusted by their service.

Messy store, messiest store I've ever seen. I normally don't care, but I couldn't even navigate the wood section, I was weaving in and out of shopping carts.

Clean store, helpful staff, accurate stock to what's showing online, returns are easy, and hybrid checkout options. Pro tip for fur parents: they allow dogs and the store is a great place to get your young dog desensitized in many different sounds around them.

This was a pickup. It took me a while to access the app, and the pickup time was now 7 minutes past the pickup time. So I decided to call to let them know I was there. The young lady who answered the phone was absolutely awesome. Not to overlook the young man who bought the order out and put it in my truck. He was very pleasant and kind. His deposition was enthusiastic and friendly. The communication that I heard between them was courtestous and respectful.Thank you both for such a positive experience.

As always everything in one place can't beat the convenience! and customer service. I go at least 5 times a week.

I received excellent customer service from the Manager Zachary who was willing to assist me with a return on a faulty water heater that I had purchased! Yidira was also very helpful! Great team at Home Depot!

I haven't been inside of the HD in awhile, so it's hard to judge. My last handful of trips have all been to the garden shop. I've always found what i needed and the service at checkout has always been very good.

I hired Home Depot to install my hardwood floor,they contracted the job to Romanoff installation, I am so disappointed with the installation at my home,eight months later the I started having serious issues with my floor, contacted Home Depot, they told me to contact romanoff installation, did not hire them,home depot did.I am very disappointed with Home Depot and I will never do business with them again, they associate themselves with a low level contractor like Romanoff renovation.

NEVER RENT EQUIPMENT FROM HERE. I love the idea of Home Depot’s tool/equipment system but I will never rent from this location again. Machines are filthy and the staff is very unprofessional and could care less about their jobs. Additionally managers are very stuck in there ways and rude… STAY AWAY!!

Ordered my 3 ft white Christmas tree. We picked it up, when I saw the box red flags went up. The box was smashed partly. Had been opened and poorly retaped. But because I trusted home depot I took it on home. When J got home and opened it. The stand was missing. And the tree was used. I feel someone brought a tree back and they gave them my tree. I will not order again from home depot

Poor customer service on top of bad policy. I took the day off work to work in the yard. Rented an aerator from the Home Depot tool rental. I told the lady I planned to return it that evening. I Aerated the yard (the equipment worked great), put down fertilizer and grass seed. A successful day, but I was exhausted.After getting help to load the heavy piece of equipment it in my truck, I brought it back to the store and arrived at 8:15pm (the store closes at 10pm). There were 3 Home Depot associates in the tool rental area, the big roll-up door was opened but they said they closed the tool rental at 8pm. I explained that I was returning the aerator and was not aware that the tool rental closed 2 hours before the store. They didn't care. Instead of trying to help me, they were quite rude and said it was in "the paperwork" and I needed to bring it back in the morning. I had to work the next morning...so I have to get up extra early, wrestle an aerator in my dress clothes, and make another trip to Home Depot. These people could have easily let me drop off the aerator but they didn't want to. It is a bad store policy...how many other customers ended up in this same situation. Why can't they operate the same as the store hours? They should have at least mentioned the "early closing" when I said I was returning it in that evening. Bad policy and poor customer service turned a good day into a bad experience.

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Most Home Depot's have workers left and right if you need assistance, they all greet and ask if you're finding everything okay. At this one, you go wait in the appliances for a worker and there is no one in sight. You ask another associate (which is hard to track down) and they say there is someone who works that counter but they don't know where they are. If you need some flooring cut, good luck. We looked around and stood around for probably 45 minutes trying to ask about getting vinyl flooring cut. There are people working at desks but they have customers and they don't try to get anyone to help even though they see you trying to get help. They could easily call for help. We walked all up and down the aisles trying to find someone to help us. The customer service here needs a lot of work, it is so frustrating trying to do a home project and these people are supposed to assist in people buying supplies. When you do come across an associate, they are just in the way or messing around. It's like all the workers are there to do restocking and moving of items but no one is there to help customers.

Home Depot ordered the wrong part despite going over it in detail. Home Depot documents that the part will arrive on the 3rd and yet talking to customer service, delivery will be on the -10th. No coordinated effort to make sure the part comes in when they say it will.?
