I asked an employee in the electrical aisle where the plexiglass was. He thought a second and rattled off the aisle and the position on the aisle. I asked if he worked that section and he said no, he works electrical- but he pretty much knows where everything is and he's glad to help. I was in and out in a flash and told him I'd look for him every time I couldn't find anything. I have the app on my phone so I could look it up myself. But human interaction is good for you.

A good spot to find most of your hardware needs whether it be for home improvement or home repair. Plenty of brand names to choose from. They also have an expansive garden section and even offer tool rental. Prices are comparable to other hardware stores. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Went there and brought what I needed. I did not know the exact name so I went to a taller black lady to see if she could help. She didn't know what is was, wh8cj is odd but fine she might be new but the attitude she gave me was not pleasant. Lashing out about me being in the worng department for it where I was just trying to find an employee to help me.Will not be coming back to this Home Depot.

I give all Home Depot stores great reviews because they exceed the standards of good customer service in every store but this particular store, in my opinion has exceeded them all. Great job Armond, ari and the rest of this awesome team!

I selected curbside pickup and alerted the store through the app that I was outside and waited for 45 minutes! It was pouring raining and I had my 5 month old and 7 year old in the car and did not want to take them out so I called the store and was put on hold for about 15 minutes and never was able to speak to anyone. I definitely will never use curbside pickup at this location again.

This store is so outdated. They don’t accept ApplePay. I was unable to purchase what I needed for my business. My card is headed to me via mail so I only have access to my virtual card. I took my business to Lowes that’s right across the street and they accept ApplePay! I have to make an expensive purchase next week and will be taking my business to Lowes that accepts ApplePay!

I really don't know why I still come here. I always seem to end up at Lowe's across the street because god forbid anyone will help you here. Don't waste your time here definitely not worth it.

The only real thing Home Depot has going for it is it is usually cheaper on most items. I am growing tired of the lack of customer service with Home Depot (all big box places to be honest). Home Depot NEEDS to realize that they are this large because of the customers that come in the store. A building supply type business shifting many products to online purchases only is an absolutely idiotic decision. This was a decision made by some moron from the accounting department because it costs an extra dollar to keep the product on site. If you charge an extra dollar for the item (or even 2) people would pay it for the convenience. It is decidedly INCONVENIENT to wait for 11 days so you can ship it from a warehouse that will probably pull the wrong one because the employees there are even less attentive to detail and customer needs than in the stores. If you need something a little specific, but VERY BASIC and VERY COMMON (like for instance a heating element for a basic oven range), then order it from Walmart or Amazon; if you have to wait for it anyway, you might as well pay half the price.

Usually don't have a bad experience here and I prefer Lowe's because their associates are more welcoming. Husband and I went in to look at the paints as we were trying to match a paint color. My husband asked a question to the young lady behind the paint counter and before he could even finish she quipped "I'm with someone else." We were stunned. We understand that the associates have to multi-task and if we may need to wait for service bit this response was downright rude, borderline hostile. We left promptly and went to Sherwin Williams (the associate there was amazing!). Needless to say, I'll choose Lowe's over whenever possible.
