The dispatcher was very helpful in describing over the phone how I could get my locked gearshift released. He said, "I'd rather not have to tow you so you can use the money to get your transmission problem fixed." His advice worked, and I've been driving problem-free for a week. What a Champ!

Worst towing company ever. I was in an accident so the car was towed. I didn’t call them to tow the car they just came. They will not release my items unless I pay for the time the car has been on their lot. The car is unable to be moved because it’s totaled so I just want my things and they are refusing.
