I have been so pleased with Rob’s professionalism from beginning to end of this process. He made sure we got everything that we wanted and more. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with his service. He makes sure that every detail is right and fixes anything that’s not. Our wood-floor looks amazing! We will continue to use Hatfield Flooring for ALL of our flooring needs!

Rob did a beautiful job on our tile! When we called him, our kitchen was a disaster, being partially demoed because of a leak. He did a great job helping us get our kitchen back together and his tile work is gorgeous! He is a hard worker and knows his craft. Rob stayed within the timeline, even staying late to stay on track, and actually was even able to fit us in his schedule a week earlier. He left the work area neat and safe at the end of the each day and was also patient with our two young children. Highly recommend him and very grateful for his work!Service: Tile work installation

Robert was hired to replace scratches in our kitchen wood floor caused by appliance installers. He communicated updates regularly regarding the floor arrival and his availability. Upon arrival, he re-explained the installation and ensured we did not have any questions. He set up the workplace with plastic to prevent scratches. The elecrical cord was not installed well and resolved the issue for any future work. He provided updates during the installation and ensure we were satisfied that the new floor matched the current flooring. He met his estimated installation time, ensured we were 100% satisfied, which we were, and cleaned up the workspace. From the first phone call to the quote to the install, Rob was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Fair prices, he did a great job and above all is obviously an honest worker.Rob repaired the concrete prior to install, then installed our LVP flooring, new quarter round, as well as the transition. He also found a very close match for the existing floor (pic included). He took his time with everything he did, but also got the entire job done in a day.Would HIGHLY recommend Rob for any flooring work. Highly recommend!!! We wanted ceramic tiles and our floor wasn't level or straight at all. Remodeled my bathroom, called Rob of Hatfield Flooring and he was able to get to my house the next day to hang all the tile for my new shower and it looked absolutely amazing. I had used another contractor previously to do the flooring and that contractor did a terrible job and it looked awful, but Rob was able to fix the flooring issues as well and now it looks perfect. Highly recommend Hatfield Flooring for whatever work you need done. Incredibly reasonable pricing as well!Services: Tile work installation

We initially called Hatfield Flooring to get an estimate for floor staining or replacement, as we were not sure if the floor was real wood or laminate. We met with Rob, who actually gave us our second comparative estimate.After assessing our floors and finding that they should not be stained, Rob gave his recommendation as to what our next steps should be, which was to demo the floors and get new floors installed. Due to the way the floors were installed, it was going to be a big job (we were told this by both, Rob and the other company who previously provided an estimate). Based on our options, we chose to move forward with the demo and new floor installation.Unfortunately, we could not use Rob for the installation since our tight timelines did not work with his schedule but he was able to fit us in for the demo. He worked days and evenings (and sometimes from the day, late into the evenings) to make sure our floors were demoed on time for the install, and he did it all without assistance. I’m sorry that Rob is not free to do the install but I truly appreciate the hard work and time that he put in to help us get this done on time so we could stay on schedule. He did all of this at a reasonable cost and he stuck to his original estimate!I truly appreciate all of the work that he put in for us and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring!Service: Install flooring

Hatfield Flooring did an excellent job installing our hardwood floors. We were in a hurry to get them installed since we're expecting guests in December. Robert came to our aid and even worked over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. He was dependable, hard working, and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy us. He went out of his way to complete the job as promised and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Hatfield Flooring and plan to use them in the future.
