Find it interesting that the deli at this location still advertises Boars Head products in light of the listeria recall. All Boars Head should be removed from the cases, a thorough cleansing of slicers and display cases and refrigeration units conducted, and a posted notification from the board of health, or whatever entity blesses the use of equipment, displayed prominently at the deli counter. Won't be buying any sliced deli products from HT for a while. Stop and shop and other supermarkets have closed their deli locations that slice Boars Head products.

Walking down the by the registers,my daughter,and I ,were greeted with a friendly smile,and vocally by a sweet young lady.I made an effort to get in her line when checking out.She was just as cheery,and sunny as prior.Her tag said Christine.I left a package at the register,she came running after us with it.This little sweetheart is an asset to your store,and deserves your appreciation.
I said all this in light of the experience I had in your store in 2020 with a sorry excuse for a security team member that accused me of shoplifting thru the self checkout,when I was still holding the receipt,and change from the transaction.I wouldn’t have been so torqued if he had apologized,when he found he was wrong,but no,he blamed it on his monitor.Thus,with no apology,I called your home office,and your manager called me shortly thereafter,and rectified things.
Thus,I ask to let Christine know she is appreciated,and she’s a definite asset to you all.

I shop at Hanbury frequently and will continue for some items, HOWEVER in the past I've bought rotiserrie chicken that's been a little dry. I bought one today at about 12:30, so the chicken should be fairly moist. When I got home and was going to serve it. The wings were literally like stone and inedible. The breast was very dry and the legs were rock hard. I will NOT be wasting money again. Someone in that department should not be putting the rotiserre out if they overcooked it!! It was very dark and was overcooked. Unfortunately customers can't see that...so its buyer beware and apparently HT has no pride in their product. Money is short, so alienating customers is a poor decision.

I started shopping here after Farm Fresh closed. Harris Teeter has a wider deli and bakery selection which is great.

Very nice store and helpful, friendly employees. However, please update your handicapped scooters! I've never seen any like these before, and I've used HC scooters for at least 10 years. There is NO battery power indicators, and they are difficult to steer and navigate. The "instructions" on how to operate them are NOT helpful or clear. Like the store but hate the HC scooters!!

GROSS . I have seen mold I have seen 3 roaches inside of an open orea container I’ve had management be extremely rude to me. I would never recommend this store to anybody. I had somebody by the name of Nicole supposedly a manager call me a b word.

I stop there after I get my errands done they have fresh sandwiches and beverages to drink that are high quality and pre-made perfect too stop by and get a bite to eat and a sandwich and drink was 9.99 that was cheaper and healthier than the leading fast food and I love there convenient self check out option

Constantly profiled by the employees who work here.. My sister and I have had similar experiences on multiple occasions. I love shopping at Harris teeter but am disappointed by this issue.Hopefully things get better

We come to this store at least once a week. The store is usually pretty clean and I have never had any issues with the employees. The store is not hard to navigate either, but sometimes items can be hard to find, or online might say it is in stock when it isn't. Sometimes the meats section does seem a bit limited on precut meats, but we are not that picky usually. I do wish they did have a bigger variety of ethnic items. My main gripe is that sometimes the self checkout can get pretty backed up, mainly because the machines always error out and there is only one employee usually assigned to self checkout. It does seem like they could use another section of self checkout machines, maybe even an express line aside from self checkout.
