Please clean your bathrooms. One toilet looked like a war crime. The toilet paper holder in the other stall has a thick layer of dust aside from the fingerprints. The little bag for Feminine products was over flowing.

Our favorite Harris Teeter in the area! Love the fresh deli food, as do the kids, and they have a very clean store and great selection! Always love shipping here!

We used to love the pizza at this location when Sage was there. The new guy sucks. He looks like he doesn’t want to be there and the pizza tastes terrible. What a mess. Bring back Sage

I shop early and don’t appreciate being watched as I check out, the camera is recording from above your head, if you look any direction it triggers someone to check. It’s very uncomfortable.

I’m leaving this review for the pizza making department for this location. Me & my husband are regulars here & we’ve ordered pizzas from here before. But now, every single time we try to order a pizza there is always something. It went from a normal 15 min wait time to “Oh it’s gonna be 45 mins” when the store is NOT busy at all. Or the ovens are down, or the persons on their break etc. The last visit on Mother’s Day, we figured we could wait the 45 mins to get a pizza & went next door to the book store to wait & when we came back to pick up our pizza 45 mins later, the employee said someone came & to get our pizza 15 mins prior. I’m trying to understand why he would just give away our pizza to a random person? We waited all that time for him to give our pizza away to the 1st person that walked up? Then, even though he did apologize, he still gave off the attitude of “Oh well, too bad” & didn’t even offer to make another pizza for us or remedy the situation AT ALL leading us to question whether he even made the order in the 1st place. Also, there is an issue every time & it should not always be this complicated to just simply order a pizza! It leads us to believe the employees just don’t want to do their job & make up excuses to discourage people from ordering at all. Either way, it ruins our whole shopping experience for my family. We tend to get a pizza so we don’t have to go home & cook something as we are exhausted after grocery shopping. If this continues we will have to find another store to take our business to, one where we don’t have to jump through hoops to simply order a friggin pizza.

Finding a hair in the cookies we bought was really gross. Be sure to inspect anything you get here carefully. I definitely don’t recommend it.

Despite being short-staffed, the young lady who goes by Sage at the pizza bar went above and beyond to ensure my pizza was delicious and the kitchen remained clean. Her dedication to maintaining quality service in challenging circumstances was truly commendable. I was impressed by her efficiency and positive attitude, making my experience enjoyable despite the circumstances. Highly recommend her exceptional service to others.

This five stars is for Katie in the seafood department. I remember I got to meet her on her first day and she has just always been so kind. I go to this Harris Teeter a lot, so it’s nice to actually have someone speak to you and say hello vs. just walking by you. So big shoutout to, Katie. Thank you for your exceptional customer service ! :)

Love this location. Used to work here doing the magazines. Everyone is always friendly. And helpful. Just went today and got some really good steamed Crab legs. That man in seafood needs a raise. He was so helpful. And these crab legs were seasoned perfect. I will make the travel. Just for seafood. If I lived closer I would shop there everyday.
