Wonderful experience. Went for Christmas gifts for my wife. There was a huge selection, pretty intimidating. The staff was amazing, answering my questions and asking all the right ones to get me to the perfect pieces to give. Will be back for more shopping ina to get some older peices repaired. Highly recommend, as the commercials say, same quality jewelry, cheap prices! Thanks again!

This is my wife's favorite place. Every time we go there the ladies are always excited to see us and greet us by our name. The selection of jewelry is extensive and it is very clean and well organized. There is something for everyone here. They even have a small section for some cameras tools and some instruments and game systems.

I had a bracelet in need of repair. I took it initially to Greenbrier MALL. The lady there saw it and said there was nothing her repair person could do...and did I want to Sell it to her. I was skeptical but someone told me to try the repair person at Greenbrier Pawn. The repair person there is excellent. I went and I was not disappointed....not only did they repair my bracelet back to new . I was able to get it fixed in 10 minutes. ... I was so relieved and thankful I could still keep my beautiful bracelet. I highly recommend Greenbrier Pawn.

Carla waited on us and she gave excellent customer service.She was patient understood or budget and made good suggestions.Very informative of the jewelry and made us feel welcome and satisfied.We won't deal with anyone else but Carla.We laid away ring and xame back and laid away another .THANKS CARLA EXCELLENT SERVICE
