I bought a stand-by power generator for my house and I do not raccomand deal with this company, quality and service department are not existing.- I called for a warranty service, my jacket water pre heater failed after 4 month from delivery, they set an appointment and they never show up. I spent money to fix- Jacket water pre heater has been connected wrongly to the engine in a way that the radiator was warm and the engine was cold. I spent money to fix- 240 volts receptacle has been found wrongly connected on the beaker side. I spent money to fix- Deal over the phone with commercial department for warranty about the jacket water pre-heater failure and nothing happens, the guy a deal with not professional at all.I wish I can give 0 star

Grandwatt Electric equipment is some of the best equipment that I have ever used! It is manufactured using quality components and I have never had a problem with any of there equipment. From light towers to generators Grandwatt has me covered!
