Great spot for the kids to hit, pitch, and more. We have hitting and pitching lessons here and coach Chris is great and very knowledgeable.

Great visit as usual! Would be a 5 star if the fast pitch softball machine was running. Otherwise, you can still hit baseball fast pitch, but true players know its not the same! Still love the facility!

My family decided to try out the cages for some batting practice. I looked into a few before settling with Grand Slam. I called the day before to set up a reservation for a cage and a pitching machine. I got a young woman who assured me I would be good to go. I even asked a few times to assure I’d have a pitching machine because it was the whole point of the visit. Me and my family drove 45 minutes there just to be told oh I’m sorry we gave the pitching machine to someone else. I told him we called the day before and reserved it and was told we’d be good to go and we’d 100% have a machine. Then he told me they might be done with it in an hour but he’s not sure. I 100% get things come up but I wasn’t given a phone call to give a heads up the machine was given away or anything. So I lugged two kids 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back for absolutely nothing. My kids were extremely disappointed and we wasted our afternoon for nothing and wasn’t even given a apology.

Tried on three different occasions to arrange for hitting instructions for my son. All three times there was no return phone call. Apparently my business is not important enough to them. I will let the Groupon I purchased go unused!

I had to drop my little brother off. Really bad stomach ache, their bathroom is perfect aside from missing a ceiling tile. Overall, 7-10 bathroom, would recommend

Excellent and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend . My son started with hitting lessons at age 6 and is 9 now and playing as a starting pitcher and 1st base on an 11u team.
