This store is so over priced 9 for used pants and purses and 7 for used shoes if you are lucky enough to get them before they mark them upward of 25!!! I have been Thrifting for over 30 years and I can actually get better deals at Ross and TJ Maxx then I can at a thrift store now. When you do find a deal the manager refused to sell because it was “mispriced” even after paid for! 15 purchase price and marked up to 175! The pricing is just outrageous

Prices are too high and they forgot it’s a thrift store when others are barely making it out here! For your info; your customers have fallen off. I use to come into the Cedar Road store in Chesapeake and spend $125 for a whole basket of products for the home, but I end- up ( a few weeks later) coming again and spent $225 dollars and I was angry its doesn’t make any sense since Ms. Regina left it been a headache and many are complaining about the high increase of prices… been coming for 8 years but chose to stay away!Thank you for making life harder for us on budgets and low income! The Parking lot is not full like it used to be and the only good thing from years ago is the service and the quality of your prices were amazing but not now!Sign out: MY SAFE PLACE GONE

I ran by for a quick first-time visit & thank goodness that I was in a hurry & didn’t have a buggy because wow—this location is large & has a ton of great things!The employees clearly tend to the store with pride because things are clean, tagged, & organized very well!Also, the prices actually seemed reasonable in contrast to many other GW locations (even down South)that I’ve been to. Many locations price their items way too high these days (or at least place high costs on the wrong items.) This one just made more sense. I can’t wait to visit again when I have more time.Thank you & keep up the great work! Teach the other locations please. Haha!

This Goodwill store is conveniently located at the busy Cedar Road of Chesapeake. It's clean and organized. The back has plenty of kitchen ware. The drive thru donation area is packed with items. If you like bargains and treasure hunting, this is the place.

This Goodwill is so clean, and has so many treasures! I love how big the store is, and it's so organized. I found a ton of brand name items for myself and my son, and some great holiday decor too. I'll definitely be back again!

The store is clean and the staff are friendly. There's a drop-off drive-thru on the side of the building for convenient donation drop-offs as well.

Love the baby clothes stuff a bag deal. You can't beat that. I've gotten some great deals there.
