The owner of my salon brought us here for our Christmas party. It was so fun! They had a huge selection with some really cool pieces mixed in, I already can’t wait to go back! And I can’t wait to see my art after it’s fired :) I chose a giant piece so I couldn’t finish it in the two hours we were there, but they’ll supply you with paint for a small extra cost and you can finish it at home!

I bring my daughters here a couple times a year and we love creating fun pieces for our home. It’s always so clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I haven’t been to any of the classes or events but the displays for them look awesome and I’m hoping to try one soon.

Fun place to go for a birthday. We had all ages from 9 to 70 and we all had a great time painting our items. The finished products turned out great.

I think if you are a very serious artist this is an awesome place to go! I would not recommend it for families or those with kids. I don’t think that’s the target customer. We attended a birthday party for kids at Potts and paints on battlefield and had an awesome experience. I returned there once last December to do ornaments for Christmas as well. Both times I thought everyone was so kind and family friendly. So I think if you’re going with kids and your vibe is more relaxed I would try there. To be fair I do have 4 kids and that’s a lot for some places. I understand not every place is designed for families and kids and it was my mistake because we had been another place and had such fun. That said if you really are a serious artist this may be the perfect spot for you just wasn’t right for us.

*Don’t Bother! Much Better Experience At Color Me Mine!*We literally walked out of this store, as the staff was extremely rude. One would think if you want $37 to paint a small figure the staff would be helpful and generous with the paint. We left and got paint and a figurine at Michael’s for $15.UpdateScott,I empathize with your position as a small business owner but once again you missed the point.1. It’s factually accurate your customers will have a better experience somewhere else. I can tell you from first hand experience that they will be better served at Color Me Mine, Pots N Paint, or Barbs.2. You did make a fair point. I was unclear. My point is that customers would have a better experience at another establishment OR by going to Michael’s. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify.3. I have no idea what situation you are referring to. It’s clear you are loosing track of the customers who leave your establishment dissatisfied.

There's an umlaut in your name. You gotta thread that needle between taking yourself seriously and being an establishment that is you know, fun for kids and families. Like other reviews have mentioned, some of the staff are on a completely different wavelength and take things very seriously, to the point where I have to double check I'm at an all ages pottery studio and not in the Louvre.

The staff is so helpful and friendly! We spent over 3 hours on our projects and never once felt rushed. Great place for an indoor, screen-free activity!

My son took me & his sister here for Mother's day. He & his sister picked something & painted it for me (I painted something too). It was nice to do something different & have something I can keep & cherish forever that we did together & put thought into! It was alot more expensive than I would have thought something like that would be, but I definitely still think it's worth it for a special occasion like that.

the person with the pink mullet was the one who was supposed to take care of me and my boyfriend for the time we were there. that person only talked to my boyfriend the entire time we were there, didn’t acknowledge my existence until they heard me say something out loud about how they were making sure he had enough paint, enough water, tricks on how to do his little sculptures he was painting, giving him compliments, all while i’m sitting right next to him, receiving no help whatsoever until my boyfriend had to ask {while they were sitting there} if i needed more paint. and they squirted the paint so hard out of the bottle it almost overflowed onto the table, off the easel. we definitely won’t be coming back.

I called to ask a question about bringing a group and the person who I spoke to was very short and rather rude. Even if they could not accommodate my group in the time I was asking about how one responds is important!!!

Making the stuff was fun, the workers were nice, and there was a lot of pottery and colors to choose from. It is a bit pricey but well worth it as an experience
