Just got informed today that even though I've never made a claim on my auto insurance, and I've never had a ticket, I get to enjoy a 12% increase in my premium. This is not a reflection on Mike pagan. It's just my complain about the greedy corporate people at Geico that no longer really appreciate good drivers who never make claims on their auto insurance. Makes me wonder if there are a bunch of illegal drivers that are driving up rates and all of us responsible drivers get to pay for it...... Time to shop for an auto insurance company that values its customers

Mike was very helpful and detailed with all his informations, but unfortunately GEICO was not able to offer me a better services that I already have with Travelers.

No specific local location but their customer service skills in response to a refund owed to me after I canceled my policy in January to persue another company. Geico has been very adamant about the payment clearing but that account was closed on January 10, 2023 so how did the rerund possibly clear to that card on January 31, 2023 if that account was no longer in existence. I don't like it how they've treated me like I'm lying about receiving money.I have contacted my family attorney concerning this matter. I'm just waiting to see what their suggestion is now.

I have been with Geico for several years. The moment I needed them, they were nowhere to be found. I was in a hit-and-run accident back in January. I called the police, filed a report, talked to an officer detailing what happened, and filed a claim with Geico when I was sideswiped while on the highway. Geico in return says that they do not believe I was hit and that I caused the damage to my car by running into or hitting something. They claimed that because I was in a hit-and-run accident and didn't have any witnesses they could not prove I was indeed hit. What more proof do I need? Did I need to lay in the middle of a highway until the police got there? They even went as far as to bring an adjuster to my house to take a paint sample (I didn't see her do anything but put a piece of tape against my car) and they didn't find any evidence of another car hitting me. I have been battling with this company since January about this claim and I am very disappointed in how they handle customers in their time of need! I would not recommend this company and I will be closing my account as soon as this matter is over! Thanks for nothing Geico!

After my insurance was cancled by my soon to be Ex wife, I called geico and they helped me start my plan again and I got to keep all of my benefits for having them as my insurance provider for years. Great help, professional staff. It's why I have kept them all these years.

I went in to get a price on some car insurance for my vehicles. Soon as I walked in the guy told me I had to wear a mask.I was told the pandemic is over. I guess they still have it at geico. That's okay though State farm didn't make me wear a mask

They let someone change my policy to a 5 month.. and made my first month payment $650.00.. and then told me that I couldn't change it till I made the first payment... Which I didn't authorize..

I've experienced the loss of someone very close to me recently and my finances are stretched even farther. I took a hail Mary chance to add my SR22 to my current policy to make it easier to pay and hopefully save a few dollars. Not only did GEICO add it for a one time fee, it did not raise my rate. I am so grateful for them.
