Please get the big dude that can barely walk off the register, he has zero customer service skills. If you have something wrong with your register, how about let the customers know, instead of not saying anything to anyone!! Secondly learn to say thank you, thirdly people are sometimes in more of a hurry than he is!! Hire more people, everytime I go in there, there is one person on the register!

I was recently gifted a pair of socks. When opened they had a hole in the seam. Probably no fault to the store but a production issue.
The person no longer had the receipt and I wanted to just change the defective item for the same item.
I had to ask for a manger after reading the return policy. Yes the return policy does state no return without receipt however exchanges are not clear.
The manager was hesitant and somewhat rude about it but decided to let me exchange the product for the same pair.
I would almost guarantee it would be better service if you were allowed to exchange things. I don’t shop Gabe’s often and don’t plan to return anytime soon.

Good deals but you have to have time to explore the store to find them. On My visit it looked like I just missed giant sale. Big mess and disarray. But that's ok. I like looking for the deals. and I found some. All is well

Great Quality stuff 4 the low. Can't beat it. From candles, to towels, things 4 the garden. Pet supplies. Great stuff 4 men. They shop as much as the women in there. And the kids stuff is super cheap. And cute

Drove over an hour just to go to this one store. Last time i went was black friday and couldnt wait to get back there. Boy has it changed. I have never seen a store this junky. There was stuff every where. No organization what so ever. Boxes and carts all in the aisles. No destinct sections. Just piles and hangers of stuff. So frustrated i didn't even want to buy anything but did end up making a small purchase. I mean really what the hell happened.
