I went in with an idea of what I wanted and got their professional input, laid on a couple different mattresses & tried a couple different pillows. I made the purchase and told them when I'd like it delivered. You even get to track the delivery truck on your delivery date so you know exactly when it's going to arrive. The delivery guys were extremely polite and quick. I showed them were to set the bed up. They had it in the house and set up really quick and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use Mattress Firm (Edinburgh) in the future and highly recommend it to others.”

“I recently ordered a couch online from Wayne's Furniture. They were prompt to reach out to me and confirm all the details. The couch was supposed to take 3 weeks to get to the warehouse and was actually delivered in a week, with delivery to my home set up the following week. The delivery men, Willard, and his co-worker were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the wrong colored couch was ordered. Willard quickly rectified the mistake, and Kris (spelling) reached out to me within minutes to offer either a discount or to order the correct product. I did select to have the correct color ordered.
Even with this mistake, the amount of professionalism expressed by all employees has made me confident that not only will I receive the correct product, but this is a business that truly cares about its customers. They have made me a new customer for life :)”

“I drove by this shop many times but never stopped in to check it out until the bridge on Centerville opened and traffic backed up. It’s like a full time yard sale full of items that aren’t made anymore. My 10 year old son is an old soul who was like a kid in a candy shop here. If you’re in the area or just feel like taking a drive through whatever country side views we still have left in Chesapeake, I highly recommend stopping in this cute little roadside shop to check it out. You might just find a hidden sentimental item you didn’t know you were looking for. BTW., this is not a commercial store and all items are formally owned and for sale by multiple vendors. I would rather buy something here that has history and holds up than give my money to Target. Shop local like this place and keep our small American stores alive!!”

His crew came out and repaired the problem area, having to rebuild a column on the house. After they had completed the job, you would never have known they had repaired the area. It was perfect!! I found it to come off rude. Then I asked if I'd be able to pick up the system today and she said no we have to deliver it so that we know where you live. Again found that to be off putting.”
