My family has purchased multiple vehicles from this company and has never had a problem until our recent visit. Customer service is extremely poor, this company don’t make you feel secure in your purchase. Not to mention how messy the front office area is, the foul smell, and their 1 year old grand daughter running all throughout the office yelling, screaming and toys every where.
Their whole family drives the cars they sell as their everyday car before selling to customers. Which i think is very unprofessional and weird. Your putting more wear and tear on used cars that your planning to sell.
Just think twice before purchasing anything from this company. Two vehicles we purchased from this company something was wrong with the keys both times and oh, they suck the gas out of the vehicle once sold to you. I tested drove a vehicle that i ended up purchasing and at the test drive the tank was full. When i purchased, it was Empty.

they just gave me A broken key to the car instead of being professional and buying a new key for the car and then when it stopped working they wouldn’t even help me get another. So be careful wit them .

Went there to buy a car, however, i wasn't allowed to test drive the car by myself. The 'owner' wanted to go for the test drive with me. When i asked him the reason why i wanted to go for the test drive with me, he said "hell no i can't let you go on a test drive without me in the car". I walked away, went to a better dealer and bought a car that same morning. The customer 'service' at Funderburk is joke. Avoid this place by all means possible. The receptionist told me that i was supposed to book an appointment before coming there.

Don't bother showing up unless you know you're gonna buy the car. You won't be allowed to fully inspect the vehicle. Super sus. Save your time.
