Update - as of June 22,2024 the torn, faded American Flag is still flying.
Disgraceful Fulton Bank at Hanbury in Chesapeake VA.
Employees are great herein Great Bridge location. My complaint is the American Flag is faded and torn so badly it looks fringed!
I did use the drive through and told the woman it should be removed. 2 days later still up on the pole!
Not only is this a military community, Flag Day is June 14, tomorrow!!
No business with Billion dollars in assets should have trouble getting a new flag.

My experience with Fulton bank was absolutely wonderful. Ryan was so helpful and truly listened to my goals. He was great at educating me on financial matters and provided achievable action steps to start doing. I highly recommend Fulton!

Fulton Bank is lucky to have a manager like Ryan! He takes the time to get to know you and your needs so he can provide the best service! He doesn't treat you like a number like some banks do!Also, if you're a small business, he has so many options to help you get your credit rolling!

I was trying to open an account on this branch. They were short-staffed on a Tuesday after President's Day, so the bank manager attended to me. However, his computer couldn't open the site for new account openings, so I waited for an hour for nothing. But, the manager was very solicitous and chatty, thank goodness for that. But, the bottom line is it wasn't a good first time for me.

I went in to there bank to cash a check that from their bank and they charged me $5. Fee to cash that check. Sorry but that is bad business.

This branch is the worst one . Go to the vb branch . There is definitely a lady in here that has no clue what is going on . Everyone I know that uses this branch has had bad experiences with her. When she doesn't know bank policy and says she cant do something but another teller has to to it 4 her its definitely a problem. If you cant count to 10 you probably shouldn't be working at a bank just saying
